من یه سئوال دارم .
قبلا مریم جان شفایافته تو تاپیک رژیم غذایی یه لینک داده بود که اگه سئوال دارین اونجا بپرسین ولی لینکش الان بسته س.
سئوالم اینه که حتما باید جین سینگ رو با هل و زعفران و عسل مخلوط کرد ؟ چون نوشته بود ترکیب اینا با هم هست که جین سینگ رو اثر بخش میکنه.
اگه کسی به هل حساسیت داشت چی ؟
زعفران رو باید به صورت پودر خشک ریخت ؟ یه جا خونده بودم زعفران باید برای استفاده حتما دم بشه ، میخوام بدونم زعفران خشک با دم کرده از نظر خاصیت فرق میکنه یا نه ؟ خوب خشک آسونتره برای ما تنبلا !

عسل 1 كیلو.
طرز تهیه: مواد فوق را آسیاب كرده با عسل خوب مخلوط كنید و طبق دستور میل كنید.

ترکیب فوق بسیار انرژی زا هست و من یکی از دلایل برگشت انرژیم را استفاده از این معجون میدونم.

مریم جان ( شفایافته ) میشه بگی نسبت جین سینگ به عسل چقدر باشه ؟
چون گرم و مثقال سخته همون قاشق و استکان راخت تره !
و این که حتما باید همین ترکیب باشه برای اثربخش بودن یا نه ؟
مثلا میشه هل رو حذف کرد برای افراد حساس ؟ و یا مثلا عسلش کمتر باشه ؟
نسبت جین سینگ به عسل در این ترکیب حدود 5 درصده که درهر بار خوردن به بدن می رسه و تقریبا 2-3 درصد هم هل هست .
این فرمول برای اینه که جین سینگ یباید به مقدار خیلی کم و پیوسته خورده بشه و زیادش خوب نیست یا نه علت خاصی نداره ؟
این ترکیب سبب جوش زدن حساس ها نمیشه ؟

جین سینگ برا ما خوبه یا بده
آخه من فکر می کنم چون سیستم ایمنی رو تقویت می کنه نکنه یه جور محرک باشه واسش
و برای ما خوب نباشه ....

دقیقا از نحوه تاثیرش اطلاع ندارم ولی دکترم یه مدت برام قرص جینسینگ تجویز میکرد. مطمینا برامون خوبه

معجون جین سینگ روزی 3 قاشق مربا خوری صبح و ظهر و شب میل شود.
مواد لازم:
جین سینگ 50 گرم.
زعفران گل 1 مثقال.
هل سبز 5 مثقال.
عسل 1 كیلو.
طرز تهیه: مواد فوق را آسیاب كرده با عسل خوب مخلوط كنید و طبق دستور میل كنید.

جین سینگ به دو رنگ قرمز و سفید وجود داره (من تفاوتهای درمانیش را نمیدونم اما از هر دو استفاده کردم).

جین سینگ بعنوان یک ماده انرژی زا توسط ورزشکاران حرفه ای مورد استفاده قرار میگیره.

ترکیب فوق بسیار انرژی زا هست و من یکی از دلایل برگشت انرژیم را استفاده از این معجون میدونم.

سلام. بخاطر راهکاری که دادین مممونم. مدتیه خیلی احساس خستگی میکنم. البته دکتر تازه برام قرص جینکوتیدی که همون جنسینگ هست رو تجویز کرده و دارم میخورم اما بعضی روزها از ابتدای صبح احساس خستگی مفرط دارم.
