سلام دوستان
مدتی بود احساس سوزش تو 2 تا انگشت کوچیک پای راستم داشتم
اما الان که بهش دست میزنم میبینم یه قسمتایی از انگشتام بی حس شدن
البته اون حس سوزش هنوز هم هست
فکر میکنید مشکل چی میتونه باشه؟

من الان 13 سالی میشه که ام اس گرفتم ولی به لطف خدا غیر از اولش که خیلی ازیت شدم در حال حاضر بد نیستم ولی چند وقتیه رد پاهام یه احساس کرختی و شل بودن دارم ولی در عین حال حرکتشون خوبه منو راهنمایی کنید ممنونم

سلام عزیزم نگران نباش با دکترت مشورت کن منم اینو تجربه کردم شل کننده استفاده کردم .

من هم گاهی این حالت رو تجربه میکنم.مخصوصا بعد از مدت زیادی که راه میرم،پاهام شل میشن و حتی نمیتونم موقع راه رفتن زانوهام رو کاملا صاف کنم و قدم بردارم!angry2
دیروز که دکتر بودم و با معایناتش متوجه شل بودن پاهام شد،برام آمپول دگزامتازون نوشت.

اما الان که بهش دست میزنم میبینم یه قسمتایی از انگشتام بی حس شدن
البته اون حس سوزش هنوز هم هست
فکر میکنید مشکل چی میتونه باشه؟

اگه درگیری جاهای دیگه هم باشه-مثل تاری دید یا بیحسی جاهای دیگه ....- حتما با پزشک در میان بذارین.

دوستان سوالي داشتم
من ضعف زيادي همراه بادرد در ناحيه كمردارم
البته هميشگي نيست
ووقتي اين حالت ميشم راه رفتن سختراز هميشه
ميشه واحساس ميكنم كمرم توان نگهداري پاهاهو نداره
نميدونم تا چه حد تونستم حسم را توصيف كنم
دكتر هم براي كمرم رفتم مشكل خاصي نيست
ايا اين هم از ام اس است؟
كمر درد را ميگم؟confused2

من وقتي حدود٢ساعت راه ميرم دچار كمردرد ميشم كه واقعا ايسنادنو برام سخت ميكنه تا قبل از بيماريم نبوده و تازگي اتفاق ميوفته ولي فكر كنم به خاطر گودي كمرم باشه305320_JC_thinking براي همين ميخوام برم پيش متخصص ارتوپد

من هم همین حالت رو تجربه کردم و با تقویت عضلات کمر رفع شد.
به نظرم نرمش های مربوط به فیله کمر یا lower back رو انجام بدید و توی بخش نرمش و فیزیوتراپی سایت هم نمونه هاش هست انجام بدید.
