منم اولش بهم گفتن یه ویروسه که از پشت گوش فعال میشه و دگزا داد.بعدش که ام آر آی رودید گفت نه شبیه ویروسه.

کلا 3 تا زدم , البته کورتون قرصی هم مصرف میکردم

ولی بعد اینکه فهمید ام اسه گفت برم بستری شم واسه پالس که من نرفتم:55:

حدودا 1 ماه طول کشید تا همه علائمم خوب شد.3 تا دگزا که زیاد تاثیر نداره.

جونم براتون بگه من سال اولی که فهمیدم ام اس دارم،یه دو سه ماهی رو نمیتونستم صحبت کنم!یعنی کلمه ی اول و دوم رو که میگفتم،بعدش دیگه این زبون ِ سِر میشد و بقیش دیگه ...angry3
فقط با دست و پا!!! حرف میزدم!!!icon_cry
توو زمستونا و وقتی که خیلی سردمه هم این مشکلو پیدا میکنم.angry2


اما چند وقتیه که باز هم یه کم موقع حرف زدن زبونم شُل میشه و ترجیح میدم زیاد سخنرانی نکنم...confused

خب من فکر میکنم این مشکلات حرف زدن فقط مربوط به ام اس نباشه. خستگی شدید ,فشار عصبی و اضطراب میتونه مشکلات تکلمی ایجاد کنه.
خود من چندین ساله وقتی خیلی خسته میشم یا اعصاب بهم میریزه مشکل حرف زدن پیدا میکنم.مثلا کلمه ها یادم میره خیلی مکث میکنم و نمیتونم جملمو کامل بگم یا یه جمله نامفهوم بدونه فعل یا فاعل میگمconfused که بعضی وقتا دوستام به شوخی میگن ای بابا کامپیوترت قاطی کرد یا میگن خب عیب نداره خودمون فهمیدیمashamed0006.gif یا مثلا نوک زبانی حرف میزنم(ز,س,ش رو خوب تلفظ نمیکنم) .بعضی وقتا انقدر بد میشه که دیگه حرف زدنمو قطع میکنم و با اشاره به طرف مقابلم میفهمونم که نمیتونم حرف بزنم.
خنده دار اینجاست که این مشکلات تکلمی موقعی که تو ذهنم دارم فکر میکنمم هست یعنی وقتی تو ذهنمم جملمو قرو قاطی میسازم یا صدای خودم تو ذهنم وقتی دارم فکر میکنم نوک زوبونیهlaughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3
ولی بعد که خستگیم بر طرف میشه یا اعصابم اروم میشه خوبه خوب میشم. الانم که دیگه با ارامبخشی که دکتر تجویز کرده بر طرف میشه.

من اکثر وقتا نای حرف زدن ندارم احساس میکنم نمیتونم زبونمو تکون بدم البته فقط یه حسه
، تو این مواقع هم خیلی آرومو شمرده حرف میزنم .
حالا این هم مشکل در حرف زدن به حساب میاد ؟

احساس می کنم چند روزه تپق زدنام بیشتر شده.
اصلا حس خوبی ندارم.

من از اول مشکل حرف زدن داشتم نه اینکه دیر زبون باز کنمااا اتفاقا خیلی هم زود به حرف افتادم smilingSmile (16)
ولی کلا شل و تند حرف میزنم و تن صدامم خیلی پایینه و س و ز اینام به خاطر چیدمان دندونامه که ی کم میزنه
تا جایی که دوستان و همکاران بعضی اوقات میگن نامفهوم حرف میزنی confused مخصوصا وقتی استرس می گیرم
ی لرزش و نفس تنگی هم به همشون اضافه میشه :/
ولی کلا فکر نکنم به ms ربط داشته باشه 305320_JC_thinkingconfused2

من جدیدا مشکلی که برام پیش اومده و خیلی هم عذاب دهنده هست اینه که موقع حرف زدن کم میارم...
نه اینکه زبونم سر بشه و نتونم حرف بزنم ها....حرفم از ذهنم میپره یا نمیتونم جمله بندی هامو کامل کنم یا یه جمله رو که میگم آخرش میبینم خیلی بی ربط شده.
احساس میکم یه حالت فراموشیه ... حتی بعضی وقت ها میدونم چی میخوام بگم ولی نمیتونم به زبون بیارم و جمله بندی کنم
با موقعیت و کاری که من دارم و دایم باید با مردم در ارتباط باشم این موضوع خیلی عذاب دهنده است...
البته اینم بگم که من حدودا 4 ماهه و بعد کورتون تراپی اینطوری شدم!
