فكر كنم فرق ميكنه چون من شبا كه ميخوام بخوابم زياد پام ميپره
ولی وقتی ميخوام راه برم تو پام ميلرزه انگار ضعف داره
ولی يه بار تو زانوهام شروع كرد به لرزيدن جوری كه ايستاده بودم شلوارم تكون ميخورد نميدونم برا چي بود?!

انواع لرزه:
لرزه وضعیتی:
لرزه بیدلیل- لرزه بیدلیل تشدید شده- اضطراب یا ترس-فعالیت بیش از حد یا محرومیت از خواب-مسمومیت داروئی مسمومیت با فلزات سنگین- پرکاری تیروئید- لرزه ارئی- اختلال مخچه ای-بیماری تجمع مس در بدن یا ویلسون

لرزه هنگام حرکات ارادی:
بیملزی ساقه مغز-مسمومیت داروئی

لرزه هنگام استراحت:
بیماری پارکینسون-بیماری ویلسون- مسمویت با فلزات سنگین(مثل جیوه)
تیک، پرش ماهیچه، لرزش و تشنج، تیک، پرش ماهیچه، لرزش و تشنج، حرکات غیر ارادی بدن هستند.
تیک، انقباض مختصر ماهیچه‌های کوچک به ویژه ماهیچه‌های اطراف چشم، صورت و گردن است که در افراد عصبی دیده می‌شود. پرش ماهیچه (Twitch)، شبیه تیک است، ولی ماهیچه‌های بزرگتر را فرا گرفته و بهتر دیده می‌شود.
لرزش(Tremor)، کوتاه یا بلند دامنه در ماهیچه‌های بزرگ یا تمامی اندام بالایی یا پایینی است که در خستگی، نوشیدن افراطی الکل، پرکاری تیروئید و بیماری پارکینسون مشاهده می‌شود. تشنج (Convulsion)، انقباض مداوم و یا انقباض و انبساط متناوب ماهیچه‌های اندام‌های بالایی و پایینی، حرکات شدید و پردامنه بوده که در صرع (epilepsy)، اورمی، مسمومیت‌ها، کزاز و بیماری کره هستند(chorea) دیده می‌شود.

تیک، انقباض مختصر ماهیچه‌های کوچک به ویژه ماهیچه‌های اطراف چشم، صورت و گردن است که در افراد عصبی دیده می‌شود. پرش ماهیچه (Twitch)، شبیه تیک است، ولی ماهیچه‌های بزرگتر را فرا گرفته و بهتر دیده می‌شود.
لرزش(Tremor)، کوتاه یا بلند دامنه در ماهیچه‌های بزرگ یا تمامی اندام بالایی یا پایینی است که در خستگی، نوشیدن افراطی الکل، پرکاری تیروئید و بیماری پارکینسون مشاهده می‌شود. تشنج (Convulsion)، انقباض مداوم و یا انقباض و انبساط متناوب ماهیچه‌های اندام‌های بالایی و پایینی، حرکات شدید و پردامنه بوده که در صرع (epilepsy)، اورمی، مسمومیت‌ها، کزاز و بیماری کره (chorea) دیده می‌شود.

شکلات جونم نمیدونم درست میگم یا نه اما لرزش یه مقداری هم به کبد بستگی داره وقتی کبدم آنزیم هاش خیلی بالا بود بدنم خیلی میلرزید الانم خوب خوب نشدم اما بدم نیستمagreement2agreement2agreement2

من لرزش را در دستهام دارم جدیدا حس بدیس
لاک نمیشه زد یا دوچرخه سواری کرد قدرت دستم کم شده به خاطر لرزش

بچه های شعار من اینه البته ناگفته نماند در حد حرف نیستا نه در حد عمل اثبات کردمش حداقل به خودم

من لرزش ثابت و کمی تا قسمتی خفیف دارم ولی با یه کوچولو خستگی و گار لرزش زیاد میشه
پیاده روی و ... هم که دارم تو عضله هام لرزش حس میکنم

منم دستام همیشه یه لرزش خفیف داره که تازگیا فهمیدم از عوارض مصرف کورتونه!!!
ولی موقع هایی که هیجان یا استرس دارم یا وقتی میخوام یه کار دقیق انجام بدم (مثل کارای حساس تو آزمایشگاه)خیلی اذیت کنندست هرچیم به دکترم میگم سرسری میگیره!
دیگه جدیدا تصمیم گرفتم باهاش کنار بیام همونطور که با بیماریم کنار اومدمicon_biggrin

منم وقتی با دوتا انگشت چیزی رو می گیرم انگشتام می لرزه.
واسه همین هم مجبور شدم نقاشی رو بذارم کنار.rolleyes
