تجربه منم میگه گرمی بهتره.ولی اینجا صحبتی از ام اس گرم و سرد شد که من تا حالا نشنیده بودم.

چنین تقسیم بندی بیمعناست. میتونست ام اس خشک و تر باشه اما گرم و سرد امکان نداره.
بعضی ها برای اینکه کارشون را مهم جلوه بدند شلوغش میکنند.

من همش دارم گرمی میخورم بی حسیام خوب شده اما چند روزه انگار معلقم یه احساس سبکسری میکنم میترسم شدوع حمله باشهsad2

من عاشق ماست بودم بخصوص این ماه های آخر.
اما یک ماه سردیجات رو از فهرست غذاییمون خارج کردم و اتفاق خاصی نیفتاد.

من نمیدونم کی میخوان در مورد این قضیه یه تحقیق درستو حسابی کنن
تو همین سایت خودمون چند بار به مفید بودن دارچین زنجبیل و ..... و غذاهایی که گرمی هستن اشاره شده ولی همین امروز شبکه 3 دکتر میگفت یکی از عواملی که باعث تشدید بیماری میشه گرماست خوب وقتی ما گرمی میخوریم بدنمون داغ و گرم میشه پس با این حساب کارمون تمومه


اخه چرا ؟؟؟؟چرا برا این مسئله جوابی نیست الان من همش دارم گرمی میخورم عاقبت من چه خواهد شد
اقای خدادادی راست میگه؟یا دکترا ؟ یا ام اس سنتر ؟خیلی جالبه این مسئله رو یکی 100 درصد رد میکنه اون یکی 100 درصد تایید میکنه واقعا خنده داره confused2

با يك ماه تغيير رژيم اتفاق خاصي نمي افته بايد مداومت داشته باشه
در ضمن غذاهاي با درجه گرمي بالا ممكنه مضر باشه ،بايد با گرميجات ملايم شروع كرد
و يك نكته كه خيلي مهمه نداشتن يبوست هست،بايد روزي حداقل 2 مرتبه اجابت مزاج داشت تا بدن بتونه مواد اضافي و سموم رو به تدريج دفع كنه

به نظر بنده ايشون واقعا در كارش استاد و متخصص هست،بي خودي حرف نميزنه
حتما يه چيزي ميدونه كه ميگه
بيماراي زيادي به واسطه ي ايشون درمان شدن
يه مادري كه دخترش ام اس داشت ميگفت 500-600 تا بيمار ام اس به روش ايشون درمان شدن

نازلی خانوم منم این مشکلو داشتم ولی تو کتاب اقای خدادادی این دارو رو نوشته بود استفاده کردم مشکلم کاملا حل شد
برگ سنا 25 گرم
تخم گشنیز 50 گرم
گل سرخ 20 گرم
گل ختمی 50 گرم
گل پنیرک 50 گرم
طریقه مصرف همه را تمیز کرده مخلوط کنید سپس آسیاب کنید یک قاشق مربا خوری در یک لیوان اب و عسل مخلوط کرده صبح و شب میل کنید
توجه :به محض بر طرف شدن یبوست مزاج سعی کنید استفاده نکنید زیرا عادت دادن روده به مواد ملین کار پسندیده ای نیست .
