راستی اگه قرص امگا 3 میخورید به هر دلیلی یادت باشه توی قسمت other ingredients پشت قوطیش ببینید که paraben یا مشتقات اونو نداشته باشه. گاهی از پارابن به عنوان نگهدارنده استفاده میشه که بعضی مقالات دیدن که پارابن با سرطان سینه ارتباط داشته (البته هنوز کاملا ثابت نشده ولی این مشاهدات اونقدر قوی بوده که شرکتها سعی کردن این فرآورده رو از محصولاتشون حذف کنن)
در ضمن معمولا پرل امگا 3 ازین ماهیها تهیه میشه که کمترین میزان جیوه رو دارن. اما اگه روی قوطی نوشته شده باشه که از چه ماهی استفاده شده خیلی بهتره چون آدم خیالش راحت میشه دیگه.

در ضمن ازین جیوه تو این قرص نترسید. امروزه متخصصین میگن این قرص ها از خود ماهی کمتر جیوه دارن و بنابر این مصرف اونها رو به مصرف زیاد ماهی ارجح میدونن.
در ضمن گفته میشه امگا 3 تهیه شده از ماهی استفاده ازش نسبت به امگا 3 تهیه شده از گیاهان برای بدن راحت تره.

من 3 سال پیش که برا اولین بار رفتم دکتر برای ام اسم بهم داد خیلی سر سری گرفتم و نخوردم چون زیاد جوش زدم و چاق شدم تا دیروز دوباره دکتر رفتم گفت که او مگا3 در حال حاضر واجب تر از آمپولهایت است. ولی باز از چاقی و جوش می ترسم نمی دانم چکار کنم!!!@@

راستش منم فکر میکردم چاق کرده... اما همش به خودم میگفتم اشتباه میکنی رامنا! ولی راست میگی به نظرم چاق میکنه...

به نظرم میتونی یک روز در میون بخوریش. وقتی هم مصرف میکنی شب ها صورتت رو با صابون تی تری فیروز بشور... لا مصب دشمن جوشه!

البته نازنین جان آدمها هم با هم فرق میکنن... مثلا دیدی شاید که یکی کیلو کیلو گردو بخوره جوش نمیزنه ولی یکی اگه فقط دوتا گردو بخوره جوشاش در میاد...
ولی چاق شدن رو هنوزم فکر نکنم آخه همش نصف قاشق روغن هم نمیشه همش... میشه هر هفته سه قاشق و نیم روغن... نمیدونم والله...
