بله دوست عزیز مثل گرفتگی عروق قلبی ژنتیکی است و باید از خوردن چربیهای اشباع و غذاهای با طبع سرد و امگا 6 پرهیز کنیم

گلی خانم اینطوری نگید ما ایرانی ها تغذیه ی مناسبی نداریم
امگا 6 در بدن تولید نمیشه و باید از طریق تغذیه وارد بدن بشه
همین طوری من بعید می دونم ما مقدار مورد نیاز بدن رو هم
مصرف کنیم.

به نظرم اونقدر قطعیتی در مورد عدم مصرفش وجود نداره؟!
در مورد فواید امگا-6 این مقاله رو میخوندم ؛ به نظر شما معتبره؟

This leads to or exacerbates negative health effects, such as coronary artery disease, arthritis and asthma, because of pro-inflammatory action of too much omega-6 in relation to omega-3.
طبق این متن امگا 6 برخلاف امگا 3 اثرات التهاب زا داره.هرچند در ادامه مقاله گفته شده که در ساختار میلین مقدار زیادی امگا 6 وجود داره،ولی من معتقدم که با رژیم های غذایی که ما داریم مقدار مورد نیاز از این اسید چرب رو بلکه بیشتر از حد معمول دریافت می کنیم.
اگر دقت کرده باشید منبع امگا 6 رو روغنهای گیاهی ذکر کرده که خب تمام روغنهایی که ما از بازار می خریم گیاهی اند.
من یادمه اون وقتا که تو دانشگاه چند واحد تغذیه داشتیم ،بهمون می گفتن امگا 6 کاملا اثراتی متفاوت با امگا 3 داره و برخلاف اون می تونه برای بدن مضر باشه.

واااااای بچه ها من 3 شب کپسول امگا 3 6 9 خوردم و بعد پای راستم بی حس شد قبلش امگا 3 میخوردم و هیییچ مشکلی نداشتم.خوب شد گفتید دوستای گلم.ممنون گلی جون
