حميد جان دكتر من 2 مرداد تشخيص داد كه من چمه 3 مرداد هم 2 روز بيمارستان خوابيدم و 3 روز بعدش هم رفتم يه كلينيك كه 2 تا 3 ساعت بايد تزريق انجام مي شد خيلي از علائم مثل دوبيني گيجي عدم تعادل تاري ديدم از بين رفت فقط يه كمي معدم ناراحت شد كه اونم دكتر به من دارو داد .يه سري علائم كوچولو هم داشتم كه ينظرم طبيعي بود چون ممكنه كه ادم به هر نوع دارويي يه واكنشي نشون بده ولي همه اون علائم بعد از 2 هفته خوب شدند فقط سعي كن تغذيه خوب داشته باشي و از همه مهمتر توي محيط آروم و بدون استرس قراربگيري تا اين دوره رو راحت بگذروني انشاءالله كه بري و به سلامت برگردي

من یه چیزی بگمممممممممممممConfused
تازه فهمیدم که ام اس دارم 5 روز هم بیمارستان بستری بودم متیل تزریق کردم ولی هر بار که پرستار میگفت باید 4 ساعت طول بکشه من سرم رو دستکاری میکردم که زود تموم بشه confused خب نمیدونستم نباید زود تموم بشه آخه اصلا حوصله سرم رو نداشتم
حالا چی میشهههههههههههههHuh

من که همیشه سرم رو دستکاری میکنم توی این 5 تا حمله و کورتونای بعدش!agreement2
بچه ها یه سوال حس میکنم یه مدته وقتی دراز میکشم و میخوام بخوابم پای راستم سرد میشه حس میکنم قلقلکم میاد و بعد سرده و بی حس!

علی عزیز
شما دچار پتوز یا افتادگی پلک شدید
پالس کورتون بین 3 تا 7 روزی انجام میشه که عموما دکترهای مغز و اعصاب پالس 5 روزه میدن بعضی 2روزی امپول پردنیزولول هر روز در سرم بعضی هم هر امپول در یک سرم اما روزی 2 بار و باید بین 2.5 تا 3 ساعت هم طول بکشه که دچار تپش قلب نشید
عارضه های کورتون که زیاده ولی برای تزریق در کوتاه مدت عارضه ی خاصی نداره.در بعضی از بیماریها که بیمار باید در روز 2 قرص کورتون بخوره!
معمولا هم اگر بیمار اظهار ناراحتی کنه و فعالیتهاش دچار مشکل بشه میدن یا شدت حمله زیاد باشه،
کورتون باعث از بین رفتن التهاب میشه نه اونطوری که بعضی از دوستان گفتن از بین رفتن پلاکها

نگرانی نداره، من خودم 3 بار اینکارو کردم ،بار اولش که دققا مثل شما بودم همراه سرگیجه ،خیلی زود بر میگرده .فقط بار اول توی بیمارستان بود اون هم به خاطر اینکه بار اول بهتر در بیمارستان و تحت نظر انجام بشه.البته برام جای تعجبه که دکترتون بدون اینکه شما سابقه ی گرفتن پاسی رو داشته باشین براتون ربیف تجویز کردن
یادت باشه باید مایعات زیاد بخوری همینطور چیزهایی که کلسیم دارن

دوران باحالیه خصوصا با سرم بازی کنی هی زیادش کنی پرستار کمش کنه !!!

یه دفعه که آنژوکت رو کج کردم تو دستم.....confused

یکی از عوارض هنگام زدن کورتون اینه که سطح متابولیسم خون رو کاهش میده برای همین موقع گرفتن کورتون با دوز بالا باید مایعات زیاد بخورن تا سطح متابولیسم خونشون در حد نرمال بمونه همینطور از خوردن نمک باید اجتناب کنن.

ممنون از توضیحتون. اما منظور من این بود که علی دوسال پیش این موضوع رو مطرح کرده !
یعنی الان دیگه نمیخواد بره پالس کورتون !

بچه ها یک سوال؟من از دیروز پالس کورتون گرفتم .حالا باید آمپولای خودمو بزنم یا نه؟بعضی از بچه ها میگن بزن بعضی ها میگن نزن حالا موندم چکار کنم لطفا راهنماییم کنید مرسی.
