يوگا خيلي به كنترل عضلاتمون كمك ميكنه و اي كاش بشه با يه مربي خوب و دلسوز تمرين كنيد. من رشت زندگي ميكنم، حدودا يه ماه پيش پيامي ديدم با اين عنوان:"برگزاري دوره رايگان يوگا براي بيماران ام اس!" مربي خوب و مهربوني كه بدون چشم داشت دو جلسه در هفته برامون وقت ميذاره. متاسفانه فقط چهار نفريم كه مياييم.
شايد تعدادي از همشهري هام اينجا اين خبر رو ببينند و استقبال بيشتري بشه

حتماً نبايد اينجاها رفت كه
همونطور كه دوستمون گفت اكثر باشگاههاى بدن سازى كلاس يوگا دارن
اگه دوره اينجاها برات، و قصد دارى برى كلاس يوگا، يه جا همون نزديك خونتون برو.
