ام اس دلیلی برای سفر نکردن نمی باشد. افراد مبتلا به ام اس مانند افراد دیگر باید
رویاهای خود را تحقق بخشند. حتی سفرهای دور نیز نباید از ذهن خارج شوند.

آمادگی پیش از سفر، برای دوران لذت بخش بسیار مهم است. قبل از سفر با پزشک خود جهت تطابق توانایی بدن شما و برنامه سفر و همچنین توصیه های لازم مشورت کنید.

با سفر انرژ‍ی شما افزایش یافته و توانایی بیشتری جهت انجام فعالیت های روزمره خواهید داشت. دوری از محیط و کارهای روزمره باعث تغییر روحیه شما خواهد شد.
شاید محدودیت های روزانه که به سبب سلامتیتان رعایت می کردید با توجه به محیط سفر برای چند روز کمتر شود.


مقصد سفر

سفر به نقاط هیجان انگیز نیز ممکن خواهد بود البته باید در مورد مناطق گرمسیر، با بررسی جوانب تصمیم گرفته شود. چند نکته را جهت دستیابی به سفری خوش باید در نظر داشته باشید:

-اغلب بیماران ام اس در مقابل گرما تحمل ندارند اگر شما هم جزو این دسته هستید از سفر به مناطق گرمسیر و شرجی خودداری کنید. همچنین حمام آفتاب طولانی مدت مشکل زا خواهد بود.

-عملکرد و توانایی بدن با گرما افت خواهد کرد. از تغییرات شدید آب و هوایی پرهیز کنید. البته شرایط افراد با توجه به توانایی بدنی، متفاوت می باشد. بنابراین تجربه شخصی و همچنین دوره بیماری تان اساس تصمیم گیری خواهد بود.

-بیماری می تواند زیباترین سفر را تلخ کند. وقتی شما قصد سفر به مناطق مختلف را دارید با پزشکتان در مورد نیاز به واکسن های ضروری صحبت کنید. معمولا از واکسن در دوران عود بیماری استفاده نمی شود.

-سعی کنید مدتی قبل از سفر مکان مورد نظر خود را رزرو کنید. با این کار شما امکان انتخاب اتاق مناسب با توجه به شرایط (طبقه اول، نزدیکی به امکانات، آسانسور و . . .) را خواهید داشت.

-چک کنید آیا دارو برای مدت زمانی که در سفر هستید در اختیار دارید، همچنین باید داروها را در کیف مناسب حمل نمایید. برخی داروها مانند بتافرون باید در یخچال نگهداری شوند از اینرو باید در طول سفر با هواپیما، قطار و یا وسایل نقلیه دیگر همچنین در هتل و یا محل اقامت، شرایط لازم فراهم گردد.

من خیلی میرم مسافرت ولی کمتر از یک هفته اگه بخوام یه هفته بیشتر شه همش توی فکرم پس داروم چی اگه خودمون باشیم که مشکلی نداریم ولی اگه کس دیگه ای باهام باشه مشکل دارم و سعی میکنم نرم

بعدشم مجبورم توی گرما هم برم سفرم برم و .... بهرحال به نکات مثبتش که برای روحیه خوبه فکر میکنم نه به عوارض و چیزهای دیگه .... بیخیال دو روزی خوش باش بذار بقیه فک کنند تو هم مثل اونایی بذار فکر کنن ..... بهرحال برای من مخفی کردن بیماریم از همه چیز مهمتره و حاضرم هر کاری بکنم agreement2

دارو با خودم نمیبرم
مثلاً عید یه هفته با قبیله شوشو رفتیم شمال سه تا آمپول نزدم
چند وقت پیشم رفتیم اصفهان باز با... یه آمپولم اونوقت نزدم
ولی خدارو شکر مشکلی پیش نیومد
البته خیلی حواسم به گرما، استرس و سر و صدا بود
ما که نباید تارک دنیا بشیم، نه؟
والا اینجوری این بیماری نیست که ما رو ته خط میرسونه بلکه افسردگی و خیلی چیزای دیگست.icon_biggrin

من عاشق مسافرت هستم و هر جا هم كه باشه ميرم چون بنظر من هر مكانى ارزش يكبار ديدن رو داره و البته هميشه داروهامم با خودم ميبرم ، يه ظرف يخ كوچيك و چند تا پد الكل مشكل دارومو برطرف ميكنه ، اگر قرار بر مسافرت باشه اصلاً برام مهم نيست كه ديگران داروهامو ببينن agreement2

بهرحال هر کسی یه نظری داره اوناییکه بیماریتون رو میدونن خب معلومه میدونن باید امپول بزنید و مشکلی بارتون نیست ولی من خودم رو میگم کسی نمیدونه هیچوقت ریسک نمیکنم تازشم اگه بخوام ببرم با هزار تا مکافات که جای خاصیم داشته باشه بتونم برم تزریق کنم ولی اونم باید شرایط خاص خودش باشه ولی بهرحال حاضر نیستم کسی بفهمه Smile (16)
