چرا وارد این مرحله شدید؟ از اول دارو استفاده کردید؟Sad

به خدا از زمان تشخيص و تجويز دارو مرتب استفاده ميكردم حداقل تا هشت سال، ولي عوارض بعد از تزريق به همراه اثربخش حس نكردن داروها سستم كرد و خيلي بدبين شدم به دانش پزشكي!

تردمیل یا دوچرخه ثابت برای هماهنگی عضله و بدست اوردن تعادل خوبه؟

تخته تعادلی بهتره دوچرخه و تردمیل خوبه ولی وسیله کنترل تعادل نیست رو تردمیل حتما دستتونو بگیرین ..بدون دست نرین رو تردمیل!

من مشکلم تو تعادل پایین رفتن از پله هست
یعنی باید دستم به دیوار یا نرده باشه
برا این مشکلم راهی هست؟
البته این راهم بگم که قبل از ام اس هم یه مقدار ضعف داشتم در این مورد

من فيزيوتراپى كه ميرفتم قبلاً يه حركتى بهم داده بود كه شايد براتون مفيد باشه.
پله فرضى براى خودتون درست كنيد (منظورم اختلاف سطحى به اندازه دوتا پله هست). بعد با يه پا بريد روى پله بالا. پاى دوم روى پله پايين باشه. ١٠ ثانيه صبر كنيد، بعد پاها رو جفت كنيد. به مرور اين حركت رو سريع كنيد.
در آخرين مرحله (بعد از تمرين بسيار) با پاى راست مثلاً بريد بالا، سريع بيايد پايين. چند مرتبه تكرار. عيناً براى پاى چپ.
اوايل اگه حفظ تعادل سخته دستتون رو بگيريد به جايى ولى به مرور سعى كنيد از چيزى كمك نگيريد.

این روشی که گفتید خیلی راحت برام مشکلی ندارم برا انجامش
واینکه کلا از بالا رفتن پله مشکل نیست فقط موقع پایین اومدن ترس دارم

ترس داريد يا واقعا مشكل تعادليه؟
اين دوتا رو تفكيك كنيد. چون اگه اين ترس بمونه و عادت كنيد كه به تنهايى انجام نديد، بعد از يه مدت ديگه بدون كمك "نميتونيد" . اما اگه مشكل تعادليه و ترس نيست، تمرينات تعادلى، حتى همون گردو شكستم ساده يا حركتى كه دستهارو باز ميكنن و روى يه پا ايستاده، خم ميشن ٩٠ درجه (حركت فرشته) رو انجام بديد (با احتياط)، جواب ميده و ضررى هم ندارهBlush

سلام . ببخشيد شما فكر مي كنيد اگه تزريق كورتون انجام بدم توي تعادلم تأثيري داره يا اينكه دوباره اين حالات برميگرده؟ من خيلي عدم تعادل پيدا كردم Sad ديروز طوري خوردم زمين كه زانو هام زخم شده و ورم كرده sad2 همه مي گن ورزش ولي من براي ورزش كردن هم تعادل ندارم Sad

دوست خوبم اگه اين عدم تعادل ناشى از حمله باشه كه الان دارى، با مصرف كورتون خيلى بهتر ميشه. رفع شدن كاملش به پلاك مخچه ايت بستگى داره كه دكتر ميتونه نظر بده فقط. در مورد ورزش هم به نظر من اگه برى فيزيوتراپى و حركات تعادلى رو انجام بدى خيلى بهتره. اونجا براى كسانى كه تعادل ندارن تجهيزات دارن. پس اتفاقى نميفته. تعادلت كه بهتر شد ميتونه ورزش هاى ديگه رو بدون كمك انجام بدى.Blush
