من چند روز پیش زنگ زدم داروخانه صبا ببینم چطوریه اولش که اعصاب نداشت وصل کرد مسئولش گفت حواله و نسخه بیارین هرتعداد بخواین میدن...

حالا من میخوام برم دکتر نسخه جدید بنویسه برام تعداد چندتا بزنم؟کسی اطلاع داره تا چنتا میدن قبلا که نسخه هام 8 تایی بود الان 80 تا میدن؟؟؟؟؟smiling

به دکترتون بگین نسخه 8 تایی بزنه ولی ممکنه 4 تاش تایید شه و شاید هم 8 تاش معلوم نیست.
به من گفتن دو بار 8 تایی و یک بار 4 تایی تایید میشه مگر این که پیش نماینده بیمه که توی داروخانه شهید کاظمی هست برید بگید براتون درست کنه .
بیشتر از 8 تا که اصن فکرشو نکنید ، من شنیدم نهایت 8 تا میدن !

نهایتا 8 تا میدن. بعضی وقتا هم 4 تا تایید میشه. یه بار که برای من 1 دونه تایید شد گفتن بیمه قاطی کرده 1 روز بعد درست شد...
انتظار همه مدلش رو داشته باشید غیر از بیشتر از 8!

باید به بیمه مراجعه کنید و درخواست بدید که سهمیتون رو 8 تایی کنن. سریع توی شبکه وارد میکنن و تموم میشه.
وگرنه نسخه دکتر به تنهایی کافی نیست.

دیروز که رفتم دکتر دوتا نسخه ۸تایی نوشت.
امروزم رفتم دارخانه صبا حواله و نسخه رو دادم بعد چند دقیقه صدام کرد رفتم دارومو گرفتم.icon_biggrinicon_biggrin
فقط یه برگه آدرس و تلفن پر کردم.
گفتم 8تا بیشتر نمیدین؟گفتش نه!!بیمه بیشتر8تا به ما نمیده پولشو Dodgy


چقدرررررم خنک بود داروخانه اصلا وقتی دارومو داد نمیخواستم بیام بیرون الکی دستگاه تست قنداشو نگاه میکردمlaughing3laughing3

من هفته پیش از داروخانه هلال احمر کرج 12 تا سینووکس یعنی سه بسته گرفتم و فقط 750 تومن حق فنی رو دادم
فقط چون یدونه داروخونه فقط تو کرج هستش یکم شلوغه و اعصاب میخواد

امروز با تعجب دیدم داروخانه شهید کاظمی سینووکس 950 تومان بود که لابد حق فنی بوده!
ولی متاسفانه با این که ماه پیش 4 تا گرفتم ، این ماه هم که نسخه 8 تایی داشتم گفتن 4 تاش تایید شد!Confused
نماینده بیمه خدمات هم که باید سهمیه رو درست کنه ، توی داروخانه هلال احمره !
نماینده بیمه تامین اجتماعی تو داروخانه شهید کاظمی هست.
