الان اخبار داره میگه 20 و خورده ای نفر به خاطر آنفولانزا فوت کردن و اونایی که سیستم ایمنی ضعیفی دارند واکسن بزنن!
یعنی ما هم که به خاطر داروهامون که سیتم ایمنیمونوضعیف میکنه باید بزنیم؟

چنانچه سیستم ایمنی بدنتان خیلی ضعیف هست مانند من با رعایت نکات زیر میتوانید کمتر سرما بخورید . من ذر کانادا مرکز سرما زندگی میکنم و در سرما زیاد راه میروم چون از وسایل عمومی حمل ونقل مثل اتوبوس و مترو زیاد استفاده میکنم اما با رعایت یک سری نکات خیلی به ندرت سرما میخورم. اینجا هم با وجود تمیزی هوا سرما خوردگی و عفونت زیاد هست و من راه حلم چنین بوده و خیلی خوب جوا ب داده.
1_روبوسی نمیکنم با کسی
2_ دستانم را حتما قبل از خورذن هر چیزی میشورم حتی در خانه و این عادت من شده.
3- سیر و زنجبیل هر روز در غذایم وجود دارد
4- ویتامین سی میخورم
5- صبح ها اب ولرم و نیمه جوشش میخورم.
6- در مهمانی اگر همه دستشان در یک ظرف هست و دارن چیپس میخورن من نمیخورم.
7- گاهی بخور بابونه میدم به مدت 15 دقیقه و احساس میکنم تمام سر و کله ام باز میشود.
8-هفته ای دو سه بار اب نمک در بینی میگیرم و اینکار رو ماهرانه انجام میدم و تمام سینوسهام رو شستشو میدم.
حالا شما هم بدون واکسن زدن برید شش ماه این کارها بکنید که من میکنم اگه سرما خوردید مجازید به من هر چی خواستید بگید. من اجازه تام میدم هر چی خواستین بگین . من از اونایی بودم که سالی 12ماه 13ماه مریض بودم. و یک خواهش دیگه سعی کنید از اقوام خارج کشورتان بخواهید بجای شکللات تاریخ گذشته یا لباس و کفش چند بسته قرص سرماخوردگی خوب خارجی بیارن که با خوردن 2 تا دونش سریع خوب بشین و از خوردن انتی بیوتیک جدا خودداری کنید . هشدار جهانی در ارتباط به مقاومت انتی بیوتیکی را جدی بگیرید و باور کنید که در اروپا و کانادا بسیار سخت انتی بیوتیک تجویز میشود، خواهشا این کار را انجام دهید چون خطر مقاومت انتی بیوتیکی در چند سال اینده میتونه هممون رو تهدید کنه و خطرش از ام اس به مراتب بیشتر و مرگبارتر هست.

امگا3 برای جلوگیری از سرماخوردگی و انفلونزا معجزه میکنه.من چند ساله استفاده میکنم و دیگه سرما نمیخورمagreement2

میگن برای همه تجویز نمیشه ، اولویت ها رو در نظر میگیرن. یعنی محدوده به همه نمیرسه ؟
نمیدونم دکتر خودمون باید تجویز کنه یا نه ؟

خب برا همه نیس
مثلا توی بروشور داروی خوراکی (مارلا، فینگولید) خوندم که نوشته باید در حین مصرف این قرص، از تزریق واکسن خودداری کنیم
مخصوصا واکسنایی که حاوی ویروس زنده ضعیف شده هستن
برا همین من نمیرم واکسن بزنم چون الان داروم فینگولیده

البته اشاره هم شده با پزشک در این باره صحبت شود

در مورد داروهای تزریقی و تداخل داشتن یا نداشتن واکسن با اونا اطلاعی ندارم!

من كاري به حرف كسي ندارم من از بچگي دست به سرما خوردنم خوب بوده پارسال ٦ دفه سرما خوردم حتي تو تابستون ولي امسال كه واكسن زدم حتي تو دماي -٨ اينجا حتي يه دفه هم سرما نخوردم
بزنم به تختهsmiling
