منم یه خطوط عمودی خیلی ضعیفی رو ناخنام هست، اوایل حساس شده بودم که لابد واسه ام اسه اما دیدم نه بابا همه تو خونه ناخناشون اینجوریه حتی خطوط اونا خیلی واضح تر از مال منه، حتی رفتم مال مامانبزرگمم دیدم، برا اون که اصن داغون بودconfused

روز اول عید به دخترم گفتم حالا که مدارس تعطیله بیا ناخن هات و لاک بزن، بعد که مجبور شدم خودم براش بزنم، دیدم تقریبا همه ناخنهاش مواجند یعنی اینقدر فرو رفته و برجستگی دارن که نمیشه به راحتی لاک زد، راستش ناراحت شدم که نکنه موادی توی بدنش کم باشه مثل کلسیم و آهن... ولی این مطالب و که خوندم نگران تر شدم یعنی چی میتونه باشه؟ Huh

ناخونای من اکثرشون شیار های افقی یا همون طولی دارن ک وقتی جلوی نور میگیرم گود دیده میشه ولی همینجوری دیده نمیشهDash2
هر ناخنم یه شیار داره از سمت راست ب چپ
تا وسطای ناخونه
خطوط عمودی هم ب صورت ملیحی دیده میشه

ناخن های من هم شیارهای عمودی دارن انگشتهای شستم فرو رفتگی هم دارند ناخنهام خیلی شکننده اند و اصلا نمی تونم بلند کنم پوسته پوسته میشه و می شکنه

خوب وقتی توی بیماری های سیستم ایمنی کمبود بعضی ویتامین ها یا کلسیم و آهن و... دیده میشه ، چه فرد بیماری خود ایمنی داشته باشه یا نداشته باشه ، این کمبودها روی ناخنش یا پوست و مو و... اثر میذاره . اگه اینطور بود که دکترا به جای ام آر آی میگفتن ناخناتو ببیبنم !

منم بیشتر ناخنای دست چپم خطوط عمودی داره ولی نه زیاد برجسته .
اگه دقت کنیم بیشتر پدربزرگها و مادربزرگها ناخناشون از صافی درمیاد و موجدار و خط دار میشه چون ایمنیشون ضعیفتر میشه.

من تقريبا سه سالي مي شه ديگه ناخنامو نديدم confusedچون از بچگي ناخن مي خوردم ديگه از سه سال پيش رفتم ناخن كاشتم ولي يادمه اينطوريا نبود فقط يه لكاي سفيدي داشت بعضي جاهاشlaughing3laughing3laughing3
