این مقاله که ترجمه شده خود نتیجه FDA هست- تو ساید افکت دارو هیچ جا اشاره به سایکولوژی نشده- اگر منظورتون از سایکولوژی خود بیمار پنداری هست هیچ جا ندیدم .سازمان غذا داروی اروپا EUهم صحبتی نکرده . البته اَپرووی که سازمان غذا داروی اروپا اعلام کرده هم موجود هست اگر مایل باشین ترجمه میشه . نتایج FDA خیلی کاملتره. بازم تو هیچ کدام اشاره ای به سایکولوژی نشده.

دكتر به شوهرم گفته بعد از اينكه پالس تراپيت تموم شد ميتوني داروي خوراكي استفاده كني داروي خوراكي كه الان تو ايران هست اسمش چيه؟ و قيمتش چنده؟

سارا خانم تو ایران الان فقط نمونه ایرانی داروی سوئیسی هست. اسمش فنگولیمد هست از شرکت دارو سازی اسوه -دارو فعلاً روی طرح هست و هیچ هزینه ای نداره.یعنی رایگان هست. خوب عملکردشم نامشخصه
در مورد داروی تکفیدرا دوستان این دارو رو یک شیمیدان آلمانی برای اولین بار پی به عملکرد ملکولش برد. همونطور که میبینید دهه 50 میلادی این آقا برای غلبه بر بیماری پسوریازیس خودش دارو رو ساخت. و استفاده کرد.
میتونید برای کسب اطلاعات بیشتر به وبسایت مورد نظر رجوع کنید و از منبع اعلام شده تاریخچه ساخت دارو رو مطالعه کنید.
در ضمن دارو 54 درصد هست. برای یه داروی 54 درصد خیلی این درمان سیف هست. واقعاً عالیه چون رقیب که از شرکت نوارتیس هست با 56 درصد کلی ساید افکت داره. ولی این دارو خیلی ایمن هست.

دیمتیل فومارات و ترکیبات مشابه ان از لحاط شیمیایی ملکولهای ساده یی هستند که به عنوان افزودنی های غذایی بکار می روند و قبلا هم در صنایع مبلمان-کفش و لوازم منزل به عنوان جلوگیری کننده از کپک و قارچ بکار میرفت اما عوارض جلدی و حساسیت در مصرف کنندگان اروپایی باعث قطع مصرف ان شد
همین جمله ساختار ملوکولی ساده برای بیچاره شدن هممون کافیه فردا طرف تو زیر زمین خونشون دارو رو میسازه

به خدا آدم زورش ميگيره وقتي ميبينه بايد از خيلي چيزايي كه به جونت بستگي داره بگذزري و داشتنشونو با خودت به گور ببري. دارو خوراكي واسه ما ايرانيا هنوز مفهوم نداره و نا آشناست چون حق داشتنشو نداريم.فقط ميدونم تحمل درد سوزن آمپولا آدمو از پا در مياره و بعضي وقتي اشكامونو سرازير ميكنه :-(((((

خبرهای تازه در مورد داروی خوراکیه Tecfidera®) BG12) - hessam - 2013/11/05

اخباری امیدوار کننده در مورد داروی خوراکی BG12

کپسول خوراکی BG12 با نام تجاری Tecfidera در اوائل سال جاری میلادی از سازمان غذا و داروی امریکا FDA ، تأئیدیه مصرف را در انواع عود کننده – بهبود یابنده ام اس اخذ کرد .

اما از آن زمان نیز مطالعات بر روی میزان اثر بخشی و تحمل پذیری آن ادامه داشته است اخیراً که مطالعه بر روی این دارو به 4 سال رسیده ، نتایج آن اعلام شده است .

بر اساس این نتایج اثر بخشی دارو و تحمل پذیری آن برای مدت 4 سال ادامه داشته است . عوارضی که در دراز مدت برای استفاده کنندگان ایجاد شد مشابه عوارضی بود که در ابتدای مطالعه پیش آمد و از همه بیشتر حالت گرگرفتگی و عوارض گوارشی بوده است .

بر اساس این مطالعه ، به نظر می رسد داروی BG12 علاوه بر امتیاز خوراکی بودن ، از نظر میزان اثر بخشی بالاتر و عوارض قابل قبول ، بتواند ، در آینده برای بسیاری از عزیزان مبتلا سودمند واقع شود .

در حال حاضر این دارو هنوز تأئیدیه اروپا ، کانادا و استرالیا را اخذ نکرده است .

حسام اطلاعات خوبی داده.من الان ریع نگاه کردم به سایت نشنال ام سوسایت کپسوا خوراکی 2 یار در روز 240 میلی گرم هست.اواخر 2013 به بازاز اومده پس هنوز خیلی اثرش نمی تونه مشخص بشه.نوشته 38% خطر فلج شدن رو کاهش میده.مکانیسم اثرش خیلی مشخص نیست.این گونه تصور میشه که روی سلولهای ایمنی و مولکولها تاثیر گذا ر هست و احتمالا خواص آنتی اکسیدان به منظور جلوگیر از تخریب سلولهای عصبی در مغز و نخاع رو داراست.

میشه یه کم بیشتر از این دارو تعریف کنی؟

رئیس سازمان غذا و دارو به تولید داخلی یک نوع داروی خوراکی ام اس که موثرترین دارو برای درمان این بیماری به شمار می آید، اشاره و خاطر نشان کرد : این دارو در داخل کشور تولید شده است و در زمان حاضر مرحله کنترل کیفی را طی می کند. امیدوارم که این داروی موثر خوراکی نیز تا پایان سال ۹۳ به بازار دارویی کشور راه یابد.

اینطور که بنده تحقیق کردم داروی خوراکی جدید نیز در شرکت داروسازی اسوه که هم اکنون فینگولید و اسویمر(گلاتیرامراستات) را تولید میکند تولید خواهد شد.

طبق بررسی های بنده هم اکنون در دنیا به سمت داروهای خوراکی که مصرف انها با درد و رنج و عوارض کمتر است پیش میروند ولی متاسفانه در ایران اغلب پزشکان داروهای تزریقی(اینترفرون) را تجویز میکنند در حالیکه داروی خوراکی فینگولید جایگزین مناسبی برای مصرف اینترفرون های تزریقی هست.
