ربیف - رسیژن - اکتوریف
خیلی دارو قوئیه در نوع خودشان هستند
یعنی شروع تیر باران ام اس در خط اول داروئیه است

برای کنترل دارو و عوارضش هم هر چند وقت یک با آزمایش کبدی و آزمایش بررسی wbc را باید بدیم که لاذم شد دوز دارو را کم کنیم
یا شرکت سازنده را تغییر بدیم

طبق خوده شرکت ربیف بله تزریق سه روز در هفته س
یا شنبه دوشنبه چهارشنبه ( مثل من )
یا یکشنبه سه شنبه پنج شنبه
برای اکثر افراد اولی بهتره چون پنج شنبه جمعه میشه تعطیلی

* اگر یک روز فراموش بشه به هیچ وجه نباید فردای اون روز تزریق داشته باشیم
باید بزاریم طبق ریتم جلو بریم
مثلا اگه چهارشنبه فراموش شه نباید پنج شنبه تزریق کرد و باید گذاشت شنبه تزریق کرد* البته در شرایطی میشه کلا" روال رو تغییر داد و مثلا از شنبه دوشنبه چارشنبه تغییر داد و شد یکشنبه سه شنبه پنج شنبه

بین تزریقا هم نباید فاصله انداخت و حداکثر تا ده روز میشه بی آمپول موند ( حالا اگه نزنیم چی میشه رو دیگه نمی دونم )

ربیف داروییه فوق العاده قوی و بدنی محکم میخواد تا تحملش رو داشته باشه (معمولا برا ماه های اول) آغا من که مثل کوه محکمم و تزریق ربیف رو خیالی نیستSmile (16)
تزریقا بهتره در چهار نقطه ای از بدن که مشخص کردن تزریق شه ( برا اینکه جای تزریق دردناک نشه و اینا )
و اینکه زیر نظر پرستاری آموزش دیدم که واقعا اطلاعاتشون به روز هست . جا داره اشاره کنم برا اونایی که ربیف میزنن و تزریق روی ران میدونن که به چه صورته. چار انگشت از بیخ ران و یه وجب از بالای زانو رو در نظر بگیرین مابینش میشه یه محدوده که میشه محدوده ی تزریق و باید زیکزاکی اونجا تزریق شه به فاصله ی سه انگشت(سه سانت) و نقاط بالا و پایین داره. برا بعضیا هم مثل من (حتی تا چار نقطه هم برا تزریق دارم، آغا من زورم میرسه Smile (16)) شکم و بازو و باسن هم که مشخصه به چه صورته ولی در شکم باید حواستون باشه که محدوده ی زیر ناف به هیچ وجه نباید تزریق داشت .

پرستارمون چند ماه پیش در تهران در جدیدترین آموزشی که از طرف شرکت ربیف و برا تزریق داشتن بهشون گفتن تزریق روی ران برا جذب بهتر کمی فرق کرده. یه کوچولوو البته
خودم میخوام این سری که پرستار جان رو دیدم دوباره در مورد روش جدید ازشون بپرسم (یادم رفت دقیقا چی گفته بودن بهم )

من رسیژن قبلأ روزای فرد،یه شنبه سه شنبه پنج شنبه،میزدم ولی الان شده شنبه سه شنبه پنج شنبه.راستی توصفحه دو همین تاپیک نوشته بودن که یک روز درمیون رسیژن روتزریق میکنن!!اما رسیژن بایدسه روز در هفته باشه نه یک روز درمیون،بین هر تزریق باید حداقل ۴۸ ساعت فاصله باشه ولی یک روز درمیون استفاده کردنش کاردرستی نیست چون داروی قوی هستش.

از دکترم بابت این یک روز درمیون زدن پرسیدم..گفت حداقل دوز اثر گذار ربیف سه تا در هفته است و ممکنه یه پزشک دوز بیشتری و برای بیمارش تجویز کنه...که به جای 12 تا در ماه، میشه 15 تا!!

حداقل دوز حداکثر دوز داری اشتباه می گی
ربیف
در هفته سه باره تزریقه
که حداکثر میزان 0.5 میلی گرم از داروی 44 میگروگرمی در هر دفعه تزریق می شه
که پزشکا
یا برای 4 هفته 12 عدد نسخه می کنند یا برای 5 هفته 15 عدد نسخه می کنند
مصرف ماهیانه ربیف 13 عدد تا 14 عدد (یک دانه زیاد می نویسند بخاطر تعطیلات که بیمار تا تهیه نسخه ماه بعد دارو داشه باشه و قطع نکرده باشه)
