دکتر اعتمادی فر،دکترمغزی،دکتر حسین زاده یه مقاله ی پژوهشی دارن که تزریق سینوویکس وآوونکس را از نظر عوارض مقایسه کردن

نتايج اين مطالعه نشان مي دهد كه عوارض تعريف شده براي اينترفرون ها در مورد سينووكس وآوونكس تفاوت معني داري ندارند . تعداد بالا و مشكلات فراواني كه اين MS بيماران مبتلا ایجادکرده و به خصوص در سنين جواني، مبتلامي سازد محققين را بر آن داشته است تا با دستيا بي به درمان هاي مناسب تا اندازه اي به مرتفع شدن مشكلات اين بيماران كمك كنند . عدم مشاهده ي تفاوت بين عوارض سينووكس و آوونكس ادعا ي توليدكنندگان اين دارو را مبني بر توليد دارو يي با كيفيت مطلوب و مطابق با استانداردهاي بالاي توليد فرآورده هاي بيوتكنولوژيك مورد تأييد قرار مي دهد.البته بايد توجه داشت كه اينترفرون ها دار اي عوارضي هستند كه حذف آنها عملي نيست و گاهي بيماران را نيز تا حدي تحت تأثير قرار مي دهند، به گونه اي كه تعدادي از آنها از ادامه ي درمان منصرف مي گردند. از جمله اصل ي ترين و شايع ترين اين
عوارض مي توان به علايم شبه سرم اخوردگي وتعريق بعد از هر بار تزريق اشاره نمود كه حتي تا ساعت نيز ادامه مي يابند آنچه در اين مطالعه مشاهده گرديد نيز مؤيدهمين موضوع است. براي مثال عوارض شبه آنفولانزایی در 83 % بيماران تحت درمان با سينووكس و 100 % بيماران تحت درمان با آوونكس مشاهده شده است. اين عارضه ارتباط مستقيم با مكانيسم اثر اينترفرون ها به عنوان يك پروتئين ناشناس براي بدن دارد. بعد از عوارض شبه سرماخوردگي، عوارض اسكلتي- عضلاني (درد عضلاني و درد مفاصل) و عوارض عصبي و روانپزشكي (شامل سردرد، سرگيجه، تغيير خلق،افسردگي و اختلال خواب ) شايع ترين عوارض مصرف اينترفرون ها هستند. گرچه با توجه به تعداد بيماران مورد بررسي در اين مطالعه، درصدها ي به دست آمده به طور كامل قابل تعميم بر اي تمام ي بيماران نمي باشند و بيشتر دار اي ارزش مقايسه اي هستند، اما توجه به شيوع بالا ي اين عوارض در بيماران از يك سو، و اين كه اين بيماران مي بايست هر هفته اين دارو را تزريق نمايند از سو ي ديگر ،
مشكلات مبتلايان را بهتر مشخص مي كند.نكته اي كه در مورد مصرف اينترفرون ها بايد بدان توجه داشت، انجام تيتراسيون در هنگام شروع مصرف اين داروهاست كه پزشكان به طور تجربي به انجام آن مبادرت مي ورزند. در اين مطالعه تيتراسيون در ابتداي مصرف آوونكس و سينووكس انجام نشده است و اين مورد نيز تا حدود ي شيوع
بالاي عوارض در اين مطالعه را توجيه مي كند.در انجام اين مطالعه مشكلات و محدوديت ها يي نيز وجود داشت كه مدت زمان پيگير ي بيماران در اين مطالعه يكي از اين موارد است . در اين مطالعه بيماران تنها به مدت سه ماه مورد بررسي قرار گرفته اند كه در مقايسه با مطالعات مشابه كمتر است از آن جا كه سينووكس مدت كوتاهي است كه در كشور توليد شده، در اختيار بيماران قرار گرفته است، همين عامل موجب محدوديت در مدت زمان پيگيري بيماران گرديد . اين مدت كوتاه موجب
مي شود برخي از عوارض مشاهده نگردند . بر اي مثال تشنج از عوارضي است كه در اين مطالعه هيچ موردي از آن گزارش نشده است .

یه چیزی میخوام بگم برا همه اون دوستای گلم که سینووکس مصرف میکنن.....
آمپول رو یه 30-40 دقیقه قبل تزریق از یخچال بیرون بیارین تا به دمای محیط برسه بعد تزریق کنین
بعد از تزریق هم 1 بستنی بخورین
شاید باورتون نشه ولی 3 هفته ی پیاپی این 2 روش رو امتحان کردم نه درد حین تزریق دارم نه عوارض بعدش رو........
بخصوص راه اولی.....واقعا معجزه میکنه

من سه ساله دارم سینووکس استفاده میکنم اصلاااااااااا بدنم عادت نمیکنه به این امپول مزخرف. همه جور مسکنی خوردم ولی متاسفانه بدنم برعکس امپول به مسکن عادت میکنه و دیگه مسکن زیاد تاثیر نمیکنه رو بدنم. در حال حاضر هم از پانادول فوق العاده قوی استفاده میکنم که در حد چند ثانیه درد رو ساکت میکنه...
ولی یه روش دیگه !!!! همونجوری که میدونین آمپول سینووکس رو باید طوری کنترل کرد که قطره قطره بیاد اگه یه لحظه دست شل بشه همه مایع با فشار میره تو شیشه کف میکنه
من قبل از اینکه سرسوزن رو رو سرنگ بذارم یه لحظه سرسوزن رو فرو میکنم تو شیشه فوری در میارم تا اون خلاء داخلش از بین بره بعد اب مقطر رو داخلش میریزم ((این کار باعث میشه هم مایع یهو خالی نشه تو شیشه هم احساس میکنم از درد عضلانی کم میشه)) .... واسه من که اینجوریه.

دوستانیکه سینووکس تزریق می کنن...کسی تجربه خارش پوست و حالت اگزمارو تجربه کردن؟؟؟نزدیک یک ماهه شبها بخصوص قسمت های مختلف بدنم به خارش می افته...همه چیو تست کردم از تغییر لباس تا خوردن انواع خنکی ها....اما هیچ تغییری نکرده....4شنبه وقت دکتر دارم.گفتم ببینم تا برم پیش دکترم کسی تجربه داشته یانه؟؟

من اغلب خارش پوست بخصوص موقع خواب دارم.
اما فکر میکنم بخاطر خشکی پوست باشه.
نمیدونم دلیلش سینوکس هست یا نه.
ولی حدود یک ساله بهش مبتلا شدم.
برای رفعش از مرطوب کننده استفاده میکنم.
اما در ظاهر چیزی دیده نمیشه.

منم پوست خشکی نداشتم!
ولی حالا گهگاه دارم. نمیدونم چرا.
تازه قبلا پوستم چرب بود.
اما در مورد آنزیمهای کبدی چیزی نمیدونم.
آزمایشهای من خوبن!

من پوستم خشک نیست ولی موقع خواب دچار خارش میشه نمیدونم از عوارض سینووکس هست یا نه. ازمایش کبد هم دادم مشکلی نبوده. خداروشکر تزریق سینووکس عوارض زیادی برای من نداشته به جز سردرد شدید که همون شب اول دچارش میشم و تا صبح خوب میشه. سابقه میگرن داشتم فکر میکنم به خاطر همون باشه سینووکس تشدیدش میکنه ولی خیلی بدتر از قبل سردرد میگیرم خیلی شدیدتر هیچ مسکنی ارومترش نمیکنهangry3angry3

من گاهی خارش پوست سر رو دارم و همین طور گاهی جوش و آکنه که میتونه از عوارض دارو باشه.پوستم خیلی بد شده ، جای جوش ها مونده و منم حوصله ندارم دکتر پوست برم !confused
