واقعا میگن که یسری موانع هست که باعث میشه ادم به سمت پیشرفت و کارهایه بزرگ بره
واقعا مایه مبهات که هر کدوم از ما بچه های ام اس سنتری به نحوی داریم به جامعه ثابت میکنیم که ام اس نتنها باعث نشده ما منزوی بشیم بلکه مسبب شده که کاراهی رو انجام بدیم که افرادی که به ما به چشم دیگه نگاه میکنن اراده و قدرت انجامشو ندارن

من راه رفتن را از یک سنگ آموختم ،
دویدن را از یک کرم خاکی
و پرواز را از یک درخت.

بادها از رفتن به من چیزی نگفتند، زیرا آنقدر در حرکت بودند که رفتن را نمی شناختند!
پلنگان، دویدن را یادم ندادند زیرا آنقدر دویده بودند که دویدن را از یاد برده بودند.
پرندگان نیز پرواز را به من نیاموختند، زیرا چنان در پرواز خود غرق بودند که آن را به فراموشی سپرده بودند!

اما سنگی که درد سکون را کشیده بود،
رفتن را می شناخت و کرمی که در اشتیاق دویدن سوخته بود، دویدن را می فهمید
و درختی که پاهایش در گل بود، از پرواز بسیار می دانست!

آنها از حسرت به درد رسیده بودند و از درد به اشتیاق و از اشتیاق به معرفت.

زمانی که با مشکلات به عنوان بخش چاره ناپذیر زندگی رویارو شوید همین که با آن مواجه شدید، سرتان را بالا نگه دارید و در چشمانش خیره شوید و بگویید : من از تو برترم ، پس نمی توانی مغلوبم کنی...

در حیرتم از خلقت آب

اگر با درخت همنشین شود، آنرا شکوفا میکند.
اگر با اتش تماس بگیرد، آنرا خاموش میکند.
اگر با ناپاکی ها برخورد کند، آنرا تمیز میکند.
اگر با آرد هم آغوش شود، آنرا اماده طبخ میکند.
اگر با خورشید متفق شود، رنگین کمان ایجاد میشود.
ولی اگر تنها بماند، رفته رفته گند اب میگردد.
.دل ما نیز بسان آب است، وقتی با دیگران است زنده و تاثیر پذیر است،و در تنهایی مرده وگرفته است.

پس بیاییم با، "باهم" بودن
دلهایمان را زنده و سرحال نگهداریم
