سلام

من خیلی مشکل اختلال وزن دارم . غذای زیادی نمی خورم . اهل هله هوله هم نیستم . هرزه خواری هم نمی کنم با این وجود وزنم همیشه ناجوانمردانه بالا میره . برنامه غذایی سالمی دارم . تیروئید کم کار هم دارم . الان 60 کیلو هستم ولی احساس چابکی ندارم . با کلی سختی خودمو رسونده بودم به 56 کیلو . خیلی سبک و چابک بودم ولی دوباره شدم 60 . همش ورم و نفخ دارم . خیلی اذیتم . تجربه مشابه دارید ؟ چی کار کنم وزنم دوباره کم بشه ؟ یه مدت دم کرده زیره می خوردم ولی متاسفانه همیشه به زیره حساسیت داشتم و وقتی زیره مصرف می کنم به هرشکلی دچار حالت تهوع میشم . چه کنم ؟؟ کلافه ام . وقتی وزنم پایین 60 کیلو هست و ورم دارم خیلی ناجور نیست ولی وقتی 60 کیلو میشم و ورم و نفخ دارم خیلی اذیتم . خیلییییییییی

با سلام .من دچار بیماری ام اس هستم .
و خیلی این بیماری روی تعادلم اثر گزاشته و کلا حال و روزم خیلی بد شده .خیلی وقته ک تحت درمانم بهتر ک نشدم هیچ تازه بدتر هم شدم .پالس درمانی هم چند روز پیش انجام دادم اما اثرات فوق العاده بدی رو گزاشته .تعادلم افتضاح بود اما بد تر هم شد
تا اینکه امروز راجع به رسوب اهن در رگ های مغز خوندم روش دکتر ایتالیایی پالو
میخواستم بدونم ک چ جوری مطم7 شم ک اهن در مغزم رسوب نکرده چون .با این حال ک خون ریزی های ماهانه ی شدیدی دارم و مقدار مصرف گوشت قرمز و جیگر ..... هم کم دارم اما همیشه گفتن ک کم خون نیستی
راهنمایی میخواستم.

سلام دوستان.من یکی از مشکلاتم که خیلی ازارم میده اینه ک سریع گریه ام میگیره,تا یه مساله ای پیش میاد و تا میام حرف بزنم گریه ام میگیره و حالا حالا ها بند نمیاد.بیش از حدم حساسم و زود رنج.تو زندگیم خیلی اذیت شدم ولی این مدلی نبودم و این مساله حدودا۵/۶سالی هست ک اذیتم میکنه.هی با خودم قرار میذارم ک حواسم باشه و جلوی این مساله بگیرم اما باز وضع همینه.البته وضع مشکلات هم بهتر نشده.ممنون میشم اگر من رو راهنمایی کنید.

کلینیک ام اس بیمارستان سینا یه تماس بگیرید. هم روانشناس دارن هم روانپزشک.
