با کد بیمه معمولی هم ثبت نام میکنم تو رایانه بهم کدرهگیری نمیده

دوست عزیز خاص و غیر خاص نداره شماره بیمه رو میخواد یه شماره 12 رقمی هستش چه مستمری باشی چه خودتون بیمه باشی

درضمن بیمه تامین اجتماعی به هیچ عنوان ام اس رو بیماری خاص نمیدونه

برای سوال دومتون تو ر ایانه بهت کدرهگیری نمیده براتون اسمس میاد یه خطی رو بده که مطمین باشی اسمس تبلیغاتتون باز باشه والا براتون نمیاد ولی اگر ثبت نام کردی عهر مرحله رو میتونی عکس بگیری برای خودت داشته باشی ولی اگر ثبت کرذدی تو سایت برات زد با موفقیت ثبت نام کردی و بهتون کدی اسمس نشد حتما به سامانه رفاه تامین اجتماعی زنگ بزن

من دارم به ثبت نامم شك مى كنم
آخه براى من
اسمس آمده و يك كد هم توش بود
راستى بهتر كساني كه
بيمه تأمين اجتماعى يا خدمات هستند و تو سامانه اسم و مشخصاتشون نيست
به واحد بيمشون مراجعه كنند
تا مشكلشون رفع بشه

من میخام ثبت نام کنم ولی میگه :
((مراجعه کننده محترم شما در هیچکدام از صندوقهای تامین اجتماعی سلامت ایرانیان و کمیته امدادتحت عنوان بیمار خاص شناخته شده نمیباشید خواهشمند است به صندوق بیمه ای مربوطه مراجعه نمایید.))
این صندوق بیمه ای کجاست؟چیه؟چجوری باید عضوش شد؟
لطفا هرکی میدونه جواب بده ممنونم

خوب بیمه پایه شما چیه ؟ سلامت یا تامین یا کمیته ؟ به اداره بیمه مربوط خودتون مراجعه کنید دیگه . شما از اول تشخیص ام اس پرونده ای برای بیماریتون تو بیمه تشکیل ندادین ، پس بیمه شما رو به عنوان بیمار خاص یا صعب العلاج نمیشناسه که داروی خاص مصرف میکنه که قراره مشمول یارانه دارویی بشه .

شما که پرونده کاملی توی بیمه ندارین باید برید پرونده تشکیل بدین یا کامل کنید ، بیمه از کجا بدونه شما ام اس دارید و داروی خاص مصرف میکنید ؟

دوستان من هرچی میزنم توسایت یارانه میگه با موفقیت ویرایش شد اما کدرهگیری نمیده دفترچمم تامین اجتماعی و خاص هم نیست

خوب خانمی شما شماره 5رقمی رو زدی ثبت نام نکرده؟
اگر نکرده حتما باید زنگ بزنی بیمه خدمات درمانی یا بری حضوری بپرسی
چون من خودم ایمیل زدم به مدیره تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی

شما درقسما شماره بیمه اصلی یه شماره 12رقمی وارد میکنید که شماره بیمه اصلی شما هستش
بعد تکمیل اطلاعات تایید که شد براتون کد رهگیری اسمس میشه
شماره موبایل که میدید به سیستم باید شماره پیامک تبلیغاتش باز باشه
