من به همه گفتم حالم هم خوبه به همه کارهام می رسم ورزش میرم شنا می کنم کوه میرم و چون همه می دونند من ام اس دارم ولی از یک آدم سالم هم بهتر زندگی می کنم دیدشون در مورد بیماری ام اس عوض شده اصلا ترحم هم نمی کنند من باید به حال آنها ترحم بکنم دوستان خودمون هستیم که باید دید اطرافیانمون رو نسبت به ام اس عوض کنیم تک تکمون وظیفه داریم دید جامعه رو نسبت به ام اس عوض کنیم تا بیماران مجرد بتونند ازدواج بکنند باید مثل یک فرد عادی زندگی کنیم من 11 ساله ام اس دارم دوستی دارم بیست ساله ام اس داره با ام اس کنار بیایید و ازش غول نسازید فردی که دیابت داره مشکلاتش از ما بیشتره یا فردی که تیروئید داره فقط برای مردم عادی شده وقتی میگن فردی دیابت داره مردم عادی از کنارش رد می شوند ولی وقتی میگن این شخص ام اس داره مثل اینکه فرد جذام داره این تقصیر خودمونه ما که چیزیمون نیست که بیماریمون رو پنهان کنیم لطفا یه کمی در خلوتتون به این موضوع فکر کنید از همین حالا اراده تون رو تقویت کنید تا بر علائم و عوارض ام اس پیروز بشید دوستتون دارم خدا قوت love28love28love28love28love28love28icon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_question

سلام دوباره پست قبلی گفتم حالم خوبه نه اینکه از اول بیماریم خوب بوده نه من وقتی ام اسم تشخیص داده شد حالم بد بود تعادل نداشتم چشمم شدید تار بود و اگه بخوام مشکلات اون موقع رو بگم چند صفحه میشه ولی به همه اطرافیانم گفتم ام اس دارم خب اونها ناراحت شدند ولی با بیماری مبارزه کردم حتی در بدترین حمله ها روحیه ام بالا بود در همون موقع هم گفتم عالیم ، بیچاره ام اس دیگه کم آورده میره آروم یه گوشه میشینه وقتی من با گز گز دست و پا میرم استخر و به روی خودم نمی ارم و سلامت میام بیرون دیگه ام اس چاره ای نداره عقب نشینی کنه فقط روحیه باید بالا باشه داروها فقط جلوی زیاد شدن بیماری رو میگیرند ولی روحیه بالا و مقاومت در برابر اون بیماری رو به زمین میزنه پس این خودمون هستیم که باید تلاش کنیم برای بهتر شدنمون و عوض شدن دید جامعه اونموقع مردم متوجه می شوند که ام اس بیماریه که قابل درمان و ترسناک نیست خودتون باید دید رو عوض کنید همین ، مثل دوچرخه سوارانمون که همت کردند برای شناساندن ام اس به جامعه درسته بیمارانی داریم که خیلی بیماریشون پیشرفته است ولی اونها هم با روحیه خوب می تونند بیماریشون رو بهتر کنترل بکنند دوستتون دارم love28love28love28icon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_question

بله، هیچکس نمیدونه جز مادر و پدرم!
اینطوری خودمم خیلی کمتر درگیر بیماریم میشم...
مطمئنم اگر بگم فقط پشیمونیش میمونه واسه من با ذهنیت بقیه که نمیدونم چطور ممکنه فکر کنن؟

من متاسفانه روزای اول که نمیدونستم ام اس یعنی چی به چند نفر گفتم ولی اشتباه کردم و بعدا بهشون گفتم دروغ گفتم ولی بهتره به کسی چیزی نگیم

من بیماریم رو پنهان نمی کنم . اتفاقا بدم نمیاد که دیگران رو با ویژگیهای این بیماری آشنا کنم تا فکر نکنند بیمار را باید فقط روی ویلچیر ببینند. اما دست کم تا زمانی که ضرورتی برای گفتنش پیدا نکنم ، به کسی نمی گم ،مثلا فقط به پدر و مادرم گفتم ، چون بعضی وقتها که حالم خوب نیست به خاطر دو تا کوچولوم به کمکشون نیاز دارم همسرم هم که از ابتدا در جریان بیماریم بود و همراهیم می کنه

بااین حسابی که همه پنهان میکنن فک کنم حدود70%اطرافیانمون مبتلا باشن ومخفی کننconfused2

خودمم خیلی دوست دارم بگم تا جامعه ی کم روشن شن که واقعا ام اس غول دوسر نیست اما خانوادم اصلا دوست ندارن منم تسلیممconfused2
