تهران - یك متخصص بیماری های مغز و اعصاب گفت :طرح تزریق سلول بنیادی به 30 بیمار مببتلا به 'ام .اس ' به زودی آغاز می شود و كمیته ای برای درمان این بیماری مزمن التهابی سیستم عصبی مركزی كه جوانان را درگیر می كند تشكیل شده است .


دكتر سید مسعود نبوی افزود : با توجه به اینكه درمان كاملی برای 'ام.اس' وجود ندارد به این نتیجه رسیدیم یكی از كارهایی كه می توان روی بیماران ام .اس كه تاكنون درمان های كنونی برای آنها پاسخگو نبوده استفاده از سلول های بنیادی است.

وی درباره این طرح خاطر نشان كرد : در این پروژه سلول های بنیادی از مغز استخوان خود شخص گرفته می شودو از بافت مزانشیمال آنها سلول بنیادی جدا و سپس به بیمار تزریق می كنیم.

متخصص بیماری های مغز و اعصاب درباره خاصیت این روش گفت: تزریق این سلول ها شاید كمی ترمیم كننده باشد اما ما به دنبال ترمیم نیستیم.

وی گفت: چون 'ام .اس '، یك بیماری التهابی و ایمنولوژیك است، سلول های ایمنی و ایمنولوژیكی كه تغییر ایمنولوژیكی در آن سلول ها و سلول های ایمنی فعال را در زمینه كار تخریب را انجام می دهند .

نبوی ادامه داد:به همین دلیل طرحی را تهیه كردیم و قرار بر این شد كه به 30 بیمار سلول بنیادی تزریق كنیم و بعدازپیگیری یكساله میزان موفقیت آن را بسنجیم.

وی تاكید كرد : در این طرح بیشتر به دنبال امنیت و اثرسنجی سلول های تزریق شده با بررسی وضعیت بالینی بیمار، وضعیت و 'ام .آر.آی ' وی هستیم .

نبوی با بیان اینكه این طرح به طور پراكنده در اروپا و آمریكا از مدت ها پیش درحال انجام بوده و اكنون كانادا نیز در حال انجام است افزود : طرح تزریق سلول های بنیادی برای بیماران ام .اس در ایران مشابه آن است.

در حال حاضر دو میلیون و 600 هزار نفر در جهان به بیماری 'ام .اس ' مبتلا هستند و آمار بیماران مبتلا به این بیماری در ایران 50 هزار نفر برآورد می شود.

من از دکتر صحراییان در این مورد سوال کرده بودم.گفت بر خلاف آن چه که می گفتن خیلی نتیجه مثبتی نداره.ولی از حرفهاش من این طور برداشت کردم که در مورد 50% از بیماران موثر هست و روند بهبودی داشتن.حال نه این که کامل خوب بشن.

دكتر من هم گفت اين روش براي افرادي كه به هيچ نوع درماني واكنش نشون ندادن خيلي خوب و مفيده و دارن روش كار ميكنن wink2

این طرح مدتهاست توی آمریکا و اروپا داره انجام میشه ، تازه می خوان تو ایران انجام بدن اونوقت میگن ما یه طرحی تهیه کردیم ! خوب این یعنی از دنیا عقبیم و میخوایم ببینیم اونا چکار میکنن بعد از چند سال ماهم انجام بدیم.تازه می خوان به 30 نفر تزریق کنن و یه سال بگذره و ...، ولی باز خوبه الانم شروع دارن میکنن.

دکتر من آقای نبوی هست و از کسانی هست که افراد رو برای این کار کاندیدا میکنه

چند ماه پیش که برای ویزیت رفته بودم پیشش تو مطب یه آقایی بود که از طرف دکترش معرفی شده بود و دکتر نبوی بعد از ویزیت باید تاییدش میکرد

وقتی مامانم از دکتر پرسید که آیا میشه انیسم کاندیدا بشه ؟ دکتر گفت : نه تو که حالت خوبه فعلا

این برای بیماراییه که درجه 3 به بالان تو که هنوز صفری . . . icon_cryicon_cry

راست میگن بچه ها هر کسی رفت لطفا برای ما هم تصویری چون دلمون برای دکتر صحراییان تنگ شده wink2 هم صوتی ضبط کنید بذارید ما هم ببینیم agreement2 ممنون میشیم و منتظریم

ولی من نمیدونم چرا دیگهتوی شبکه های صدا و سیما از این بحثها نمیشه البته این سلولهای بنیادی برای هر کسی کارساز نیست باید خودشون تشخیص بدن کی میتونه داووطلب خوبی باشه برای من مهم نیست این سلولها فقط میخوام ببینم چی میگن اطلاعاتم زیادتر از اینکه هست بشه Smile (16)
