از اونجایی که تعادل در بدن فک کنم یه کمیش به مخچه مربوطه
من خوندم که موقعه ای که یه پیانیست داره کار میکنه دقیقا رو مخچه اش داره تاثیر می زاره برا همین من شروع کردم به یاد گیری پیانو .هنوز چیز زیادی یاد نگرفتم نمیدونم چقدر تاثیر گذاره ولی برا من یه بهونه بوده برم پیانو یاد بگیرم از بچهگی آرزو داشتمsmiling

منم صاف نمیتونم راه برم دکترم گفته وقتی راه میری فکر کن روی یک خط صاف میخوای بری جلو.......... خوب هرگز عادی نخواهم شد. اینو قبول کردم اما عمل به حرف دکترم که یک فرشته است ........خیلی با تمرین بهتر شدم..........

سلام دوستان من هم مدتی است تعادلم را ازدست داده ام و به گفته دکترم با عصای چهار پایه ای حرکت میکنم . در موقع حرکت و راه رفتن خیلی زمین میخورم پای راستم بیشتر مشکل داره گاهی اوقات موقع حرکت مثل اینکه یک پا ندارم و حالت دو پیدا میکنم و زمین میخورم تاحالا چندین بار س م شکسته و بخیه و خلاصه حسابی ازرم میده نمیدانم چکارباید بکنم دکتر میگه فیزیوتراپی و مواظبت موقع راه رفتن نمیدانم خلاصه خسته ام کرده حسابی[/size]

من امروز فشارم افت کرده بود شده بود8 نه چشمام خوب میدید ونه خوب میتونستم راه برم همش سرم گیج میرفت تا نمک قند اب خوردم کمی خوب شدمbadtastebadtastebadtaste

دوستای گلم سلام
همونطور که پرستو جون اشاره کردن گردوشکستم یه تمرین فوق العاده ایه
گرما بطور کل در تشدید علایممون تاثیر داره
و یه راه حلی که رو من خیلی تاثیر گذاش به صورتی که ۹۹%مواقع تعادل دارم و فقط درصورت حمله تعادم تقریبا کم میشه： ورزش زومبا هستش یا هر ورزش دیگه ای که کارش براساس تنظیم عضلات و اعصابه مثل ایروبیک و شنا,
هم واس روحیه شاد خوبن هم واس تعادل من خوب تاثیر گذاشتن.
امیدوارم رو شمام تاثیر مثبت بذارهconfused2icon_questionangel
