من هم در حد چندماه استفاده میکردم تا یک هفته نصف آسنترا 100و بعد از اون یکی بعد از نهار میخوردم

من یک سال 50 میخوردم ولی اخیرا پرولاکتینم رفت بالا و دکتر عوضش کرد
در ضمن تاثیری روی من نداشت! استرس داشتم

من مدتیه به جای اسنترا50 ، قرص ایرانیش یعنی سرترالین رو میخورم . به نظرم از نظر اختلال خواب که گفته بودم قبلا ، این بهتره. ولی دارم شبها میخورم. عادت کردم. ولی بهتره به ظهر بندازمش.

شاخ درآوردم
من اگه اونجا بودم یا غش می کردم یا سکته
بی شوخی ...

من رفتم روان پزشک
در کنار مشکلات روحی و ... مشکل وسواس نظافت و وسواس فکری هم دارم
اگه بگم ده ها بار در روز دست و پاهامو میشورم اغراق نکردم. وسواسی امDash2
بهم آسنترا 50 داد
اما دوز خیلی پایین دستور استفاده داده
تا یک هفته یک چهارم قرص
بعدش نصف قرص
نمیدونم واقعا در رفع اختلال وسواس تاثیری داره؟ icon_cry
یا برا رفع حالات دیگه داده بهم؟ icon_cry
الان یه هفته س تاثیر چندانی ندیدم هنو confused2

منم دارم سرترالین میخورم روزی یکی، البته دکتر یکی و نصفی گفته بودا!
تاثیر زیادی روی کاهش اضطراب و وسواس فکری و عملی نذاشته اگرم گذاشته کافی نیست ! Confused

منم مصرف میکردم ولی دوزش برام کافی نبود به خاطره همین به جای سرترالین بهم ونلافاکسین داد...........
البته من میگرن هم دارم سردرد اونم هست...

آسنترا خوبه
من می خورم
اوایلش ممکنه اضطرابت بیشتر بشه ولی بعدش...
کمی زمان می بره باید یه کم صبور باشی
یه هفته خیییییلی زوده برا قضاوت
