اصولا دردو دل كردن لازم و خوبه چون اگه كمكي از دست كسي بر نياد لاقل خودمون سبك ميشيم و اگه هم مقدور باشه كمك يا مشورت لازم و ميگيريم گاهي هم شايد براي ما چيزي پيش بيادكه حس خيلي بدي داشته باشيم و حسابي نااميدمون كنه و خيال كنيم بذبخت ترين فرد عالميم يا بزرگترين مشكل و غم و داريم اما وقتي با يكي درد و دل كنيم شايد موردهاي مشابهي و بهمون بگه و از اظطراب ما كاسته بشه....يك دوست خوب خيلي ارزش داره
مهمترين مسئله همونكه اون(يكي)كي باشه در اطراف ما ادهاي زيادي هستن اما بهتره دوست و رفيق خودمون و خوب بشناسيم همه كه بد نيستن بالاخره بينشون يكي هست كه سنگ صبور ماباشه ميتونيم با حرفهاي معمولي امتحان كنيم چقدر راز دار و به درد بخور هستن و اينكه حرف ديگران و به ما ميزنن يا نه؟خيلي راحت ميشه فهميدكه ميتونيم روش حساب كنيم يا نه ...
اما در باره نزديكان و فاميل و همسايه چندان موافق نيستم چون شايد موقعيت هايي پيش بياد كه بخاطر اينكه حرفهامون و ميدونن تو رو در واسي بمونيم يا موجب ازارمون بشن....
اما در كل زندگي نبايد زياد نگران طرزفكر ديگران درمورد خودمون باشيم چون خوب يا بد باشيم مردم باز حرف ميزنن ما بايد اونطور زندگي كنيم كه ارامش و اسايش داريم و شاد ميشيم و موفقicon_question

درد و دل کردن خوبه.یکی از راههای تخلیه روانیه.جمع شدن حرفها و غصه ها عامل اصلی سرطان و ام اس هست.من که این شکلی مریض شدم.بعد از مریضی میرفتم پیش یک دکتر روانشناس و در کلاس کودک درون شرکت میکردم.در کلاس کارمون این بود که هرکس درد و دل میکرد و قصه زندگیشو میگفت و بقیه با مهربانی بهش دلداری میدادند.
جلسه آخر استاد گفت بچه ها شما در این کلاسها همون کاری رو کردید که مادرها و پدرهتون قدیمها با جمع شدن دور هم و حتی سبزی پاک کردن و گپ زدن انجام میدادند و بهش میگویند جمع درمانی.
میگفت از روزی که درهای خونه هامون به روی هم بسته شد،درهای دلهامون هم بسته شد.آدمها دیگه واسه هم حرف نمیزنند.اونوقت پای بیماریها به زندگی ها باز شد.
من به این مطلب خیلی اعتقاد دارم ونسل ما به صورت ناخودآگاه از این مطلب رنج میبره.واسه همین اینقدر جوانها بیمارند.

مهم درد و دل کردن نیست مهم کسایی ه که باهاشون دردو دل میکنیمه، بعضی وقتها اون کسایی که باهاشون درد و دل میشه خودشون میشن درد و دل،

من اگه درد و دلم بیاد اول یه خورده تحمل میکنم ... بعد اگه هنوز درد و دل داشتم یه چایی دارچین زنجبیل می خورم اگه بازم افاقه نکرد مسکنی قرصی چیزی میخورم نهایتا خیلی بهم فشار بیاد میرم دکتر Smile (16)
