با توجه به اینکه شرایط باید برای کسی که داره پالس میگیره بهترین شرایط باشه نوع آنژیو کتی که استفاده میکنین خیلی مهمه:

طوسی ( برای‌زمانی كه بيمار به پنی‌سيلين شوك می دهد شك می دهد)
صورتی‌ ( برای‌زمانی‌كه می‌خواهيم رگ نگه داريم)
سبز ( معمولی )
آبی

من شخصا آبی رو ترجیح میدم به صورتی. تو طول زمان سه یا چهار ساعت تحملش ساده تره.

بعد از كورتن تا چند روز بعضي ها قرص پردنيزولون استفاده ميكنن چون نميشه كورتن رو فوري قطع كرد
البته بستگي به نظر دكتر و ميزان كورتني كه زده داره
من اينبار قرص پردنيزولون استفاده نكردم

من تو خونه پالس تراپی شدم و همه کارامو مامانم انجام داد واسم
فقط چون قرص پردنیزولون روی معده تاثیر میذاره حتما حتما شربت معده و قرص امیپرازول رو باید استفاده کنی
شربت معده رو بعد ناهار وشام بخور یک قاشق غذا خوری
قبل صبحانه و قبل شام هم قرص امپیرازول بخور گلم
باید حواستو جمع کنی که نمک زیاد نخوری و کلا توی این مدتی که کورتن مصرف میکنی غذات باید کم نمک باشه

این انژیوکدها رو باید یکی که بلده روی دستت اول بزنه بعدا بتونی دو روز یا سه روز تزریقاش رو انجام بدی خودت که میتونی باید تازه پرستار باشه که فشار خون بگیره یا اگهکسی توی منزلشون کسی بلده خب راحته براش ولی توی بیمارستان باشیب دکتر میاد سر میزنه خیالتون راحتره ولی اگه یکی معمولا خیلی عود داره بهتره تو منزل اینکارو بکنه و دیگه اهالی خونه هم یاد میگیرن خود به خود

مصرف کورتون توسط پزشکان بصورت کاهشی برای قطع توصیه میشه
مثلا بعد از 4000 یا 5000 میلی گرم کورتون که با سرم دریافت میکنین به این ترتیب قرص کورتون دار تجویز میشه:
دو روز اول روزی 10 عدد قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز دوم روزی 8 عدد قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز سوم روزی 6 عدد قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز چهارم روزی 4 عدد قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز پنجم روزی 2 عدد قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز ششم روزی 1 عدد قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز هفتم روزی سه چهارم قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز هشتم روزی نصف قرص 50 میلی گرم
دو روز نهم روزی یک چهارم قرص 50 میلی گرم

مجموعا 65 قرص 50 میلی گرمی در طول 18 روز پس از پالس تراپی.
مصرف کلسیم روزانه به میزان حداقل 500 میلی گرم به مدت چند ماه پس از پالس تراپی توصیه میشه.
به شدت مراقب عوارض عصبی ناشی از پالس تراپی و افسردگی محصول کورتون باشید، به این دلیل که خودتون بعنوان کسی که تحت درمانه نمیتونید عوارض رو درست ببینید.
مراقب افزایش وزن احتمالی بعد از پالس تراپی باشید.
سعی کنید هیجانات و همینطور دمای بدنتون رو در هنگام پالس تراپی و بعد از اون مدیریت و کنترل کنین.
باید کمی احتیاط کنین. این میزان کورتون، دوز مصرفی یک بیمار روماتیسمی در طول یکساله، شما تو فاصله ی 5 روز و 18 روز بعدش این مقدار رو مصرف میکنین. کورتون رو هرگز دست کم نگیرین.

چشمتان روز بد نبینه من امسال روز اول عید حمله داشتم و با چه حالی درمانگاه میرفتم و پالس تراپی میشدم دکترم هم ایران نبود مشورت کنم !!!!نمی دونستم تو خونه هم میتونیم پالس تراپی بشیم این دفعه حتما این کار را میکنم خیلی بهتر از بیرون استagreement2

با اینکه دوستان توضیح دادن ولی باز هم لازمه در مورد این موضوع صحبت کنیم:

احتمالا بعد از پالس تراپی یا در هنگام این کار ممکنه دچار مشکلات گوارشی بشین.
مثلا حالت تهوع یا سکسکه داشته باشین.
در صورتی که قراره همزمان با پالس گرفتن دارویی مثل رانیتیدین بهتون تزریق بشه (احتمالا از طریق آنژیوکت) حتما دقت کنین که کسی که داره اینکار رو انجام میده دارو رو Shout نکنه تو رگتون. در صورتی که تزریق سریع باشه بدن واکنش شدیدی نشون میده و سریعا حالت تهوعتون شدید میشه و استفراغ خواهید کرد. این تزریق باید آروم انجام بشه.

در صورتی هم که داروهای دستگاه گوارشتون رو به تجویز دکتر بصورت خوراکی مصرف میکنین (مثل رانیتیدین یا امپرازول) که چه بهتر و حالشو ببرین evilgrin0039.gif

من دوسال پیش 5 روز تمام روزی دوبار رفتم بیمارستان و هربار سه ساعت پالس تراپی رو انجام دادم و برگشتم ، راهش دورنبود با آژانس میرفتم.
یه آنژیوکت سبز از اون موقع دارم هنوز( یادگاری !) ،چون از داروخانه اولش خریدم بعد دیدم خود بیمارستان داره و روز اول بعد از تزریق پرستاره در آوردش ، روز دوم یه پرستار دیگه گفت نباید در میاورد چون نمیشه که پنج روز دست سوراخ شه ، بعد گفتن میخوای دردت نگیره و دستت سوراخ نشه آنژیوکت نازکتر بزن !Smile (16) فکر کنم صورتی رو میگفتن مال نوزاده منم گفتم همونو بزنین !
ولی تو این عکسا بهش میخوره آبی مال نوزاد باشه !

پرستو جون غیر از نمک ، قند و شیرینی و چربی رو هم کم کن ، نوشابه هم نخور. موز و غذاهای کلسیم و پتاسیم دار بخور.

برای ام ار ای با تزریق آنژوکد اخری و برگه رو میزنن تو دستت روی مچ دست که اینقدر درد داره که متنفرم ازش
نمیدونم بد میزنن یا واقعا اینقدر دردناکه
