پرستو جون راستش همون طور که بچه ها گفتن بهتره از یه پزشک متخصص مشاوره دقیق بگیری اما تا جایی که من می دونم همونطور که بقیه علائم ام اس در همه یکسان نیست این مورد هم در همه وجود نداره . ما توو سایت خودمون زندگی های موفق زیادی داریم که خب نشون میده این قضیه همه گیر و عام نیست . حتی فکر می کنم مواردش باید کم باشه چون حداقل آدمایی که جرات این رو دارن به این قضایا هم مثل گرفتگی عضلات پا ( از عوارض ام اس ) خیلی علمی نگاه کنند و نه با شرم فرهنگی در این مورد می گن که مشکلی نداشتن . اما در صورت بودنش هم احتمالا مثه بقیه موارد باید داروی کنترل کننده ای وجود داشته باشه . بعد هم فکر می کنم می تونی صراحتا از طرف مقابلت بپرسی و با خودش و یه مشاور به نتیجه درستی برسی . موفق باشی دوست عزیز

کسی به کسی بی احترامی نکرده.
طبق تحقیقات روزنامه سلامت ناتوانی جنسی بین آقایان سالم رشد زیادی داشته پس جدای از ام اس این مشکل برای خیلی ها وجود داره.ولی اطلاعاتی که من راجع به خانم ها خشکی واژنه.ولی کلا وقتی مریضی به مرحله ناتوان کننده نرسیده باشه مشکلی در ارتباط وجود نداره.بیشتر به مهارتهای زندگی و هم چنین رابطه عاطفی بین دو نفر بستگی داره

در زمينه مورد بحث تحقيقاتي زيادي انجام شده. در يكي از تحقيقاتي كه در كشور ايتاليا انجام شده نشون داده توي جامعه اماري مورد تحقيق 80 درصد از افرادي كه دچار ام اس هستند به نوعي اختلالاتي رو در زمينه مسائل جنسي در رده هاي مختلف تجربه مي كنن. اين اختلالات در برخي ناشي از مشكلات فيزيكي بوده و در برخي اختلالات روحي ناشي از تاثيرات بيماري كه در خانم ها اختلالات نوع دوم بيشتر ديده شده.
از اونجا كه ام اس بر روي سيستم اعصاب مركزي تاثير مي گذاره در اغلب نوع پيشرفته بيماري، اختلالاتي رو بر روي كنترل احساسات و عكس العمل ها پديد مي ياره كه به تبع اون بر روي روابط جنسي هم تاثير گذاره.

امروزه پزشكان تاثير ام اس بر روي روابط جنسي رو به سه بخش تقسيم مي كنن (اوليه يا primary- ثانويه يا secondary و مرحله سوم يا tertiary)

بخش اول:
اين بخش اثر مستقيم بيماري بر روي سيستم عصبي هست. به علت تخريب ايجاد شده در مردان و زنان علائمي مانند احساس ناخوشايند در اندام، كاهش قدرت برقراري رابطه و كاهش توانايي يا فقدان ارگاسم ديده مي شود. علائم باليني مربوط به اين موارد در هر فرد بسته به جنسيت متفاوت بوده و فيزيكي و مربوط به سيستم عصبي تخريب شده است.

بخش دوم:
اين بخش در حقيقت مي تواند ناشي از علائم و عوارض مصرف داروهاي ام اس نظير اينترفرون ها باشد.در اين بخش تمايلات جنسي تحت تاثير عواملي چون خستگي، اختلالات مثانه و روده،درد و فقدان توجه و تمركز قرار مي گيرد.

بخش سوم:
اين بخش تحت تاثير هزاران عامل اجتماعي و روحي كه زندگي يك فرد مبتلا را احاطه كرده است قرار دارد. افسردگي، عدم اعتماد به نفس، و هراس از ايجاد يك رابطه مناسب از اختلالات ايجاد شده و تاثير گذار در روابط جنسي در اين مرحله است.

اما توصيه ها:
اكيدا توصيه شده كه فرد مبتلا در رابطه با نگراني هاي خود در زمينه روابط جنسي با طرف مقابل صحبت كند و در حقيقت نيمي از مشكلات خود در اين زمينه را با گفتگو حل خواهد كرد.
تحت هيچ شرايطي از بيان مشكلات خود با تيم پزشكي خجالت زده نباشد.
امروزه داروهاي زيادي براي حل اين مشكلات در بخش هاي گوناگون وجود دارد و روش هاي درماني چه به صورت فيزيكي چه به صورت روحي توسط متخصصين توصيه شده كه در 90 درصد موارد مثمر ثمر مي باشد.

در كشورهاي پيشرفته متخصصين تحصيلكرده در زمينه روابط جنسي، راهكارها و توصيه هاي لازم را براي بيماران در سطوح مختلف و داراي مشكلات مختلف ارائه مي دهند.
به عنوان جمع بندي مي توان گفت كه مشكلات در اين زمينه در بين بيماران ام اس در طول عمر بيماري شايع است ولي امروزه راهكارهاي مناسبي براي كاهش اين مشكلات و كاهش تاثيرات اونها در زنگي زناشويي وجود دارد كه با تشخيص نوع و سطح اين مشكلات قابل توصيه است.

من فکر میکنم در افرادی که از لحاظ جسمی مشکل خاصی ندارن ممکنه بخاطر مسائل روحی دچار این مشکل بشن. دقیقا نمیدونم آموپولها دراین زمینه تاثیری داشتن یا نه ولی من خودم فکر میکنم بخاطر مصرف قرصهای ضد اضطراب و افسردگی در این زمینه دچار مشکل شدم. در اولین دیدار با پزشک معالجم در مورد علت این حالتم ازش سوال میپرسم.

این سوالو باید دوستانی که اطلاع دارن به بقیه بچه ها بگن
چون خیلی از بچه ها شاید براشون سوال باشه یا مشکل داشته باشن

حالا یه سوال که برام پیش اومده اینه که دفعات و میزان روابط جنسی میتونه برا ما (آقایان) مضر باشه؟؟؟؟ در مورد این جور روابط باید احتیاط کرد؟؟ دکتر من که کاملا شوته !! درست و حسابی جواب این سوالمو نمیده

برای بنده که متاهل هستم این روابط مضر هست یا خوبه؟؟love28
