نه بابا برای ما ضرر نداره مگه ما چمونه ؟ ولی اگه کسی مشکل داشته باشه مخصوصا مشکل زنان و بیماریهای ان بله تاثیر داره چون قارچ و باکتری و بقول شما ویروس هست ولی با وجود کلر کمتر میشه ولی خب دیگه یا باید خدا رو بخوای یا خرما رو wink2

همین دیگه! خواستن خرمایی که خدا بهم میده! مزه به دهنم کرده!

خوب همون یعنی چون بدن ما به نوعی نسبت به عفونتها ممکنه واکنشهای شدیدتری نشون بده از این لحاظ میگم که مضر نیست؟
یا همون بیماریهای قارچی مسری نیست؟ (چکار میشه کرد که ما دچار نشیم)icon_cry

استفاده از روش آب درمانی شدت خستگی را در مبتلایان به ام اس كاهش می دهد.
پژوهشگران كشور ایران تاثیر روش آب درمانی را در كاهش خستگی ۲۵ بیمار مبتلا به مالتیپل اسكلروزیس یا در اصطلاح ام اس بررسی و استفاده از این روش را در درمان بیماران سودمند اعلام کردند.
ام اس نوعی بیماری مزمن پیشرونده دستگاه عصبی مركزی با علائم متفاوت و ناتوان كننده فیزیكی و روان شناختی است.
از میان این علائم، خستگی یكی از شایع ترین و آزار دهنده ترین عوارض در این بیماران است كه عملكرد روزانه و شغلی آنان را مختل می كند.

شنا کردن چه ربطی به هوای سرد داره چرا باید تعطیل بشه اتفاقاً من بیشتر در پاییز و زمستان به استخر میرم بهارهم می رم ولی تابستون نمی رم چون هم شلوغ میشه هم آلوده angry2angry2angry2
ولی زمستون عالیه خلوت ،تمیز ،فقط باید بعد از شنا خودتون رو خوب خشک کنید من موهام رو هم خشک می کنم تا سرما نخورم لباس اضافه هم می پوشم حیفه استخر نریم باید حداکثر استفاده را بُرد توو زمستون خیلی کِیف داره از استخر بیای بیرون برف بباره خیلی عالیه معرکه است icon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrin

من تا چند وقت قبل هفته ای یه بار شنا میرفتم .... واقعا فوق العادست ... کاشکی همه بچه های اینجا که میرن شنا ... تمرینات تو آب رو بلد باشن که همش رو انجام بدن
