تاثیر آلودگی هوا بر بیماری ام اس
آلودگی هوا بر روی تک تک سلول‌ها اثر می‌گذارد؛ چرا که آلودگی هوا باعث می‌شود که گازهایی چون ناکس، دی اکسید کربن، مونوکسید کربن و سایر عوامل واسطه‌ای دیگر آزاد شوند و با جذب آن از طریق ریه‌ها سطح این گازها در خون افزایش می‌یابد.

سرویس اجتماعی خرداد: بیماری ام اس یک بیماری دستگاه عصبی مرکزی بوده و در این بیماری پوشش محافظ اعصابی که در داخل و اطراف مغز نخاع قرار دارند تخریب می شود که این خود باعث ایجاد طیف گسترده ای از علائم مثل از دست دادن کنترل عضلات هماهنگی بین آنها تا اختلالات بینائی می شود. این بیماری در زنان شایعتر از مردان بوده و همچنین در نقاطی از دنیا مثل اروپای شمالی، آمریکا و کانادا نیز از شیوع بالاتری برخوردار است. همچنین افرادی که در خانواده خود بیمار مبتلا به ام اس را دارند، ریسک بالاتری برای ابتلا به این بیماری را نسبت به سایر افراد جامعه دارند.
بیماران زیادی که مبتلا به ام اس می باشند، دچار درد مزمن هم هستند و گروه کمی از این بیماران دردهای حاد را نیز تجربه می کنند که این دردهای حاد، ناگهانی و شدید بوده و اغلب در صورت و یا ناحیه کمر ایجاد می شوند. در دهه ۶۰ تعداد بیمارانی که به‌ ام.اس مبتلا می‌شدند، بسیار کم بود. اما اکنون گاهی در یک روز ۱۰ بیمار مبتلا به‌ ام.اس ویزیت می‌شوند.‌ ام.اس بیماری‌ای است که هم‌اکنون ۵۰ هزار نفر را در ایران گرفتار خود کرده است. علت این بیماری هنوز ناشناخته مانده. این بیماری با عواملی مثل آلودگی هوا، آلودگی زیست‌محیطی، استرس‌های شدید روحی، ترافیک و فشارهای عصبی تشدید می‌شود.
دکتر غلامرضا شمسایی، متخصص اعصاب و روان معتقد است: زنان جوان بیشتر از مردان‌ ام.اس می‌گیرند که به دلیل زمینه ژنتیکی زنان است. بر اساس تخمین‌های علمی در برابر هر ۳ زن مبتلا، یک مرد مبتلا به‌ ام.اس وجود دارد. شایع‌ترین سن ابتلای زنان به‌ ام.اس ۲۰ تا ۴۰ سالگی است. موارد ابتلای کودکان زیر ۱۰ سال بسیار نادر است. احتمال ابتلا به این بیماری در سنین بالای ۴۰ سال کاهش می‌یابد
به گفته دکتر جمشید لطفی، رییس انجمن‌ ام.اس ایران سالانه تعداد زیادی به جمعیت بیماران مبتلا به‌ ام.اس اضافه می‌شود، به طوری که کشورمان در ابتلا به بیماری‌ ام.اس جز ۱۰ کشور اول دنیاست. بر اساس آمارها از هر ۱۰۰ هزار نفر در تهران ۵۰ نفر به ام.اس مبتلا هستند و متوسط سن ابتلا به‌ ام.اس در این شهر ۲۷ سال است. این آمار در اصفهان به ۷۳ نفر در هر ۱۰۰ هزار نفر رسیده است و این شهر را به پایتخت بیماران ام.اس ایران تبدیل کرده است.
دکترجغتایی، رییس انجمن علوم اعصاب ایران نیز بتازگی از افزایش شیوع بیماری‌هایی نظیر ام اس، صرع و عقب‌ماندگی‌های ذهنی در سال‌های اخیر خبر داده است. به اعتقاد مدیر گروه علوم اعصاب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران عوامل محیطی مثل آلودگی هوا، وجود سموم و الگوی نامناسب تغذیه از مهمترین عوامل گسترش بیماری‌های مرتبط با مغز و اعصاب بشمار می روند. دکتر جغتایی رییس مرکز تحقیقات علوم سلولی مولکولی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران، درباره تاثیر آلودگی هوا در بروز بیماریهای عصبی معتقد است که آلاینده های هوا خصوصا سرب در درازمدت باعث بروز مشکلاتی نظیر خواب آلودگی، سرگیجه و مسمومیت مغز (نابودی سلولهای عصبی و اختلال ارتباطات آنها) و بیماری‌هایی مثل ام‌اس می‌شوند که شیوع آنها روندی افزایشی دارد.
دکتر محمدرضا خدایی، روان‌پزشک و عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی و توان‌بخشی، آلودگی هوا را یکی از عوامل ایجاد استرس می داند به گفته ی وی، آلودگی‌ها شامل آلودگی هوا، آلودگی آب و آلودگی خاک می‌شوند که آلودگی‌ هوا روی همه افراد، چه سالم و چه بیمار، اثر دارد و اثر عمده آن، کم‌شدن آستانه تحریک افراد است.
پروفسور كاظم فتحي رئيس آكادمي جراحان اعصاب و استخوان آمريكا نیز در این زمینه می گوید هنوز علت اصلي بروز بيماري ام‏اس MS مشخص نيست اما برخي دانشمندان معتقدند كه بر اثر يك‎سري ويروس‌هاي كم‏رشد كه اكثر آنها از خانواده ويروس‌هاي سرماخوردگي و زكام هستند ايجاد مي‌شود. بايد مواظب باشيم كه مردم به ويژه جوانان در هواي آلوده نباشند تا دچار زكام‌هاي متعدد نشوند. متأسفانه اين در حالي است كه آلودگي هوا در كشورمان ايران زياد است و اين مي‌تواند از علت‌هاي بزرگ ايجاد ام‏اس MS باشد.
به گفته ی دکتر قاسم آهنگری رئیس بخش بیوتکنولوژی پزشکی پژوهشگاه ملی مهندسی ژنتیک و زیست فناوری، آلودگی هوا بر روی تک تک سلول‌ها اثر می‌گذارد؛ چرا که آلودگی هوا باعث می‌شود که گازهایی چون ناکس، دی اکسید کربن، مونوکسید کربن و سایر عوامل واسطه‌ای دیگر آزاد شوند و با جذب آن از طریق ریه‌ها سطح این گازها در خون افزایش می‌یابد. به گفته ی وی بیماری ام اس از جمله معضلات قرن اخیر و هزاره سوم است که عوامل ایجاد کننده این بیماری‌ها آلاینده‌های زیست محیطی است که طیف وسیعی از بیماری‌ها را به همراه دارند.

متخصص اعصاب و روان که روی ام اس تخصصی نداره !!!!!!!!!!!
یعنی از خونه نریم بیرون ؟؟؟... بدبختی دانشگاه ماهم افسریه است!! هواش خیلی آلوده است Sad
