هزینه های درمانی در ایران خیلی بالاست

دبیر بیستمین کنگره انجمن جراحان ارتوپدی ایران گفت: در حال حاضر هزینه‌های درمانی در ایران بسیار بالاست و تنها در بیمارستانهای دولتی این هزینه‌ها پایین است.
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، دکتر محمد رازی در کنگره جراحان ارتوپدی ایران که روز دوشنبه در مرکز همایشهای برج میلاد برگزار شد، با بیان اینکه کشورهایی مانند هند، تایلند و مالزی گوی سبقت را از ما ربوده‌اند، افزود: این کشورها به علت سرویسهای خوب و ارزانی که ارائه می‌دهند، نه تنها از کشورهای آسیایی بلکه از کشورهایی اروپایی در حوزه اسکاندیناوی هم مراجعه دارند.

وی افزود: در حال حاضر هزینه‌های درمانی در ایران بسیار بالاست و تنها در بیمارستانهای دولتی این هزینه‌ها پایین است و اگر فردی بخواهد برای درمان به هندوستان برود، ممکن است تمام هزینه سفر و درمان او با 2000 دلار صورت بگیرد اما این درمان در ایران نزدیک به 3000 دلار هزینه خواهد داشت.

این متخصص ارتوپدی با بیان اینکه حتی کشورهایی مانند امارات، قطر و ترکیه در حال جلو زدن از ما هستند، افزود: این کشورها روز به روز در حال افزایش امکانات و تجهیزات خود در این حوزه هستند.

به گفته دبیر بیستمین کنگره انجمن جراحان ارتوپدی ایران، هزینه‌های بالا در ایران به این دلیل است که حقوق کارمند و کارگر با درآمد بیمارستانها تناسبی ندارد و با اینکه این افراد ممکن است چندان قدرت خریدی در جامعه نداشته باشند، اما برای مراجعه به بیمارستانها باید هزینه‌ بالایی بپردازند.

رازی افزود: به طور کلی مخارج و هزینه‌های هر مرکزی که افراد زیادی در آن مشغول به کار هستند، مانند بیمارستان‌ها بالاست. در کشور ما نیز این هزینه‌ها مشکلات فراوانی را به وجود می‌آورند.

وی با بیان اینکه حداقل 1500 متخصص ارتوپدی در ایران داریم، افزود: توزیع پزشکان و بیماران در کشور نامناسب است و در برخی نقاط با وجود بیماران بسیار، تعداد پزشک متخصص ارتوپدی کم است.

دبیر بیستمین کنگره انجمن جراحان ارتوپدی ایران در خصوص اجرای طرح پزشک خانواده هم گفت: یکی از نکات منفی این طرح این است که حق آزادی بیمار را برای انتخاب پزشک مناسب می‌گیرد، اگرچه این کار از نظر بودجه به نفع دولت است.

اینو نمیدونم
اما از چند سال پیش که بتافرون میگرفتم در همایش انجمن خوزستان مسئولا میگفتم خدمات درمانی ده درصد و تامین اجتماعی 15 درصد پول دارو رو از بیمار میگیره

باید به تمام بیماران کمک شود.
باید شرایط ما رسیدگی شود
ایا می دانید تعداد بیماران ام اسی - بیماران سرطانی- دیابتی - هموفیلی- بیماران کلیوی چند صد هزار نفر است
واژه های فکریتان را تغییر دهید.گفتگوهای ذهنیتان را تغییر دهید. به دنبال راه حل باشید.
