من قبل از ام اس نرمیه غضروف زانو داشتم.نمی دونم منظور همون آرتروز بود یا نه icon_cry
یعنی موقع خم و راست کردن زانو درد شدیدی حس میکردم
نمی تونستم چهارزانو بشینم
همش باید پام کشیده بود
رفتم دکتر و با دارو و بعدشم فیزیوتراپی خوب شد تقریبا

تقریبا یکسال بعد از اون گاهی همین درد رو داشتم
که دیگه اقدامی براش نکردم
یکی دوسال بعدشم علایم ام اس و تشخیص ام اس
کلا نمی دونم از چی بود این درد
الانا گاهی که تحت فشار باشه درد میگیره
مثلا حین ورزش سعی میکنم به زانوهام فشار نیارم و حرکات روی زانوها رو خیلییی محدود انجام میدم

منم حدود 10سال پیش یه مدت زانوهام قفل می شد،ماجرابرمی گرده به دو ره ی خدمت ،وقت ورزش صبحگاهی تو پادگان خیلی به سختی شروع به دویدن میکردم ،تا یه مقداری که میگذشت زانوهام باز میشد،وقت ورزشم که زیاد میشد خیلی عذاب میکشیدم،اینم بگم یه صداهای عجیب غریبی (صدای شکستگی)هم از زانوهام در می اومد.هیچ وقتم واسش دکتر نرفتم.

بهترین کار اینه که ورزش بدیم به زانو
به پشت بخوابیم بعد زانو را روی زمین فشار دهیم سفت کنیم و شل کنیم 5 تا ده بار در روز

سلام من 18سالمه و تقریبا کمتر از یک ساله که فهمیدم این بیماری رو داریم داروی تگزی فوما دی متیل فوزل مصرف میکنم الان تقریبا یه ماهه وقتی ازخواب بیدار میشم متوجه میشم زانوی پام قفل کرده و نمیتونم تکونش بدم تکونم بدم با درده بعد چندروز خودش یدفعه خوب میشه بعد یدفعه کف پام رگ به رگ میشه و نمیتونم خوب راه برم نمیدونم آیا مربوط به بیماریمه؟لطفا راهنمایی کنید چیکار کنم سپاس

سلام عزیزم، به دکترت مراجعه کن بهش بگو. من یه مدت خود درمانی میکردم اشتباهه. جواب نمیده. فقط اینکه تغذیه ت هم کنترل کن. برنج سفید نخور و نون بدون سبوس نخور، خیلی واسه ما بده. من هر وقت میخورم علائمم شدید میشه، لبنیات و ترشی نخور

والا چی بگم چندروز طول میکشه تا خوب بشه دکترمم که حرف نمیزنه ماشالله فقط نگاه میکنه بهش میگم پام یاسرم درد میکنه جوابم نمیده یعنی اینکه عادیه بهتر اینم دکتر نیس تو شهرمون تازه کاری

احتمال زیاد قرص شل کننده بهت میده که اسپاسم رو بر طرف می کنه.. نگران نباش خوب میشه

خسته شدم هنوز یه سال نشده کم آوردم کنکورم دارم هنوز هیچی نخوندم خیر سرم غیر پزشکیم نمیخوام مثلا تصمیم گرفتم ازطریق این رشته شه درمانی پیدا کنم براش
