من از روز اول تولد ام اسم چنین مشکلی داشتم و هنوزم برطرف نشده Confused

یه وقتایی،غذا رو که میخوام قورت بدم،گلوم هَنگ میکنه!!! confused و اصلا یادش میره قورت دادن چه جوریه!!!confused2
مخصوصا وقتی نوشیدنی و مایعات میخورم.

خدا نکنه مایعات تو گلو گیر کنه
وقت فرو بردن انگار گلوله سربی اندازه توپ تنیس داری قورت میدی چنان دردی داره که سنگک خشک اونقدر درد نداره
یه جوری گیر میکنه که نه بالا میره نه پائین
اونوقت همین مایعات رو بخوای یه جایی رو آب بندی کنی ........evilgrin0039.gif

به ام اس هم مربوط هست. چسبندگی خوراکهای خشک به گلو و گاهی ناتوانی در بلع غذا..

دم کرده آویشن شیرازی و پونه کوهی که با عسل شیرین بشه برای رفع این مشکل خیلی مفید هست.

خودم هم این مشکلات را داشتم که در کنار سایر مشکلاتم برطرف شده و دیگه هیچ مشکلی از این بابت هم ندارم.icon_biggrin

من هر وقت عود بیماری داشته باشم در بلع دچار مشکل میشم ووقتی پالس می گیرم خوب میشه...پس میتونه به ام اس ربط داشته باشه.confused2

این یکی را یادم رفت بگم. خوراکی که خیلی خیلی به این مشکل میتونه کمک کنه، قدومه شیرازی هست.

دستور مصرف: 2 قاشق چایخوری در یک لیوان آبجوش، کامل هم بزنید تا لعاب بیفته، یک قاشق عسل بریزید. شب قبل از خواب و صبح ناشتا میل بفرمایید.

این نوشیدنی علاوه بر اینکه مشکلات دستگاه گوارش را برطرف میکنه، جداره ای دور دیوار معده بوجود میاره که اسید معده را در داخل معده نگهداری میکنه و در ضمن، تقویت حنجره هم هست. من چهارسال طبق همین دستور مصرف کردم تا اینکه همه این سیستمهای بدنم متعادل شد و چندماه پیش مصرفش را قطع کردم.

بجز اینها، تنفس عمیق را فراموش نکنید. دستکم روزی 20 بار نفس عمیق با بینی و بازدم با دهان داشته باشید.

میخاستم ببینم برای رفع مشکل بلع چه دارویی مصرف میکنید؟ این مشکل بلع از عوارض داروا یا بخاطر بیماریه ؟HuhHuh

تا حالا این مشکل رو نداشتم ولی میدونم که یکی از مشکلاتی که ام اس ایجاد میکنه همینه. عجب موجودیه! به همه جا کار دارهconfused
