سوال در مورد علائمی که دارم ؟؟؟ - raha123 - 2011/02/25

با سلام خدمت دوستان و متخصصین محترم
دختری هستم 28 ساله متاسفانه نزدیک 2 هفته هست فکرم مشغول علائمی است که در من وجود داره و شبیه علائم بیماری ام اس هست که امیدوارم راهنمایی مفید بکنید و مرا از نگرانی در بیاورید
البته این علائم بیشتر در طرف چپ بدنم از نوک سر تا نوک پای چیم است نزدیک دو هفته هست دچار گزگز کردن دستهام (انگشتان و کف دستم) می شوم و همچنین دچار پا درد و کمر درد نیز هستم (البته شروع به ورزش کردم شاید دچار گرفتگی عضلات شده ام)و همچنین دچار یبوست نیز هستم و دچار چشم درد و سر درد نیز هستم و به دلیل رشته و حرفه ام (وکالت)درای فن بیان و روابط عمومی بالایی نیز بودم اما متاسفانه چند مدتی است دچار اختلالات تکلمی شدم بیشتر تپق می زنم و در حین صحبت کلماتی که می خواهم ادا کنم یادم می رود. حال من برای تشخیص به کدام متخصص مراجعه کنم و آیا این علائم می تواند علائم بیماری دیگری باشد؟

دوست عزیز علائمی که ذکر کردید در بیماری های دیگر هم دیده میشود و برای اثبات ام اس حتما باید یک متخصص مغز و اعصاب ونورولوژیست شما را معاینه کند واز شما ام ای ار و یکسری ازمایشات دیگر به عمل بیاید تا معلوم شود که ام اس دارید یا نه امیدوارم علامت هایی که گفتید مربوط به ام اس نباشد آرزوی سلامتی شما را دارم.

اکثر بیماری های عصبی علائم شبیه به این دارن. البته خوب خیلی شبیه ام اس هست. و همون طور که دوست مون نازلی گفتن؛ نورولوژیست می تونه به شما کمک کنه! آزمایش Vep ؛ MRI هم می تونه آزمایش هایی باشه که تو تشخیص کمک میکنه.
اصولا ام اس انواع مختلفی داره که خیلی وقت ها محدودیت های بسیار کمی برای بیمار ایجاد میکنه.
بیخیال باشید! سخت نگیرید!!!

این علائم میتونن مال ام اس هم باشن

مال خیلی چیزهای دیگه هم میتونن باشن
ولی برای مراجعه بهترین جا پیش یه نورولوپیسته
چون علائمه حسی داری
خیلی وقتا هم این علائم مال هیچ چیز خاصی نیستن . مدتها خستگی و فشار عصبی و مشغله ی ذهنی میتونه برای مدت موقتی این علائم رو ظاهر کنه و آخرشم خودش خود به خود خوب شه
ولی بهرحال حتما به یه متخصص مراجعه کن wink2

در اسرع وقت باید به دکتر مراحعه کنی همون طوری که دوستانمون گفتند،سعی کن به پیشواز این بیماری نری یعنی ازش نترس ذهن خودت رو آزاد کن درگیری ذهنی رو از خودت دور کن انشاالله نتایج معاینات منفی باشه

raha جان عزيزم نترس چون اون ترس از بيماري كه ان شا الله چيزي نيست بيشتر اذيتت ميكنه ان شا الله كه فقط بخاطر يه سري فشار هاي عصبي باشه و ديگه رفع بشه wink2

این علایم فقط و فقط بدلیل ترس از بیماری ام اسه و هیچ چیز خاصی نیست . من بارها و بارها در اطرفیانم که فقط اسم این بیماری رو شنیدن و یکی دو نمونه حادش و دیدن این علایم رو دیدم چون افراد این بیماری رو بدترین بیماری تصور می کنن و فکر غالب بر بیشتر افراد جامعه ما اینه که وقتی فردی بیمار میشه دیگه یه آدم عادی نیست و اون بیماری تمام ابعاد زندگیش رو دربرمی گیره و نمی تونه مثل بقیه زندگی کنه و خودشون هم به این تصور دامن می زنن بنابراین برای افرادی که علایم کوچکی از یه بیماری رو توخودشون احساس می کنن که با علایم بیماری های معمولی متفاوته اولین تصور اونا روی بیماری های به نظر خطرناک میره که ام اسم یکی از همین بیماریهاست که افراد بشدت ازون میترسن و خود همین ترس یسری علایم بیماری رو باخودش به همراه داره که علایم خاصی نیستند و فقط علایم استرسی هستن که ناشی از فکرکردن به بیماریه
بنابراین مطمئن باشین که هیچ مشکل خاصی وجود نداره و برای اینکه این احساس نگرانی ازبین بره و بدنبال اون علایم ناخاسته ی استرسی هم برطرف بشه کافیه با یه متخصص صحبت کنی و ازش بخای همه ی اون آزمایشایی رو که خودت لازم داری تا به سلامتیت اطمینان پیداکنی رو واست انجام بده و بعد از اون که مطمئن شدی میتونی مثل سابق به کاروفعالیتت ادامه بدی و خودبخود بعدازاطمینان پیداکردنت علایم ازبین میره

آیا من ام اس دارم؟ - file - 2011/04/03

سلام بر شما
3 سال هست که اواخر پاییز و اوایل زمستان دچار سرگیجه شدید میشدم و پزشک گوش، فشار گوش میانی رو تشخیص داد تا اینکه امسال ام.آر.آی کردم و در اون پلاک دیده شد.
T1 و T2 پلاک دارند اما ساقه مغز و اعصاب هفتم و هشتم کاملا نرمالند.
علائم بی حسی دست و پا فقط مال زمانی است که زیاد بی حرکت میشینم.
شنوایی مشکلی نداره و چشمهام هم سالمند.
نوار چشم هم مشکل نداره و از وقتی دکتر ام.اس رو تشخیص داد و دوباره منو فرستاد ام.آر.آی، گفت 2 پلاک فعال دیده شده
حالا واقعا من ام.اس دارم یا ممکنه چیز دیگه ای باشه؟

وقتی تو ام ار ای پلاک دیده شده و اون هم فعال و با توجه به نظر پزشک احتمال قوی همون ام اس هست

ولی باز برای مطمئن تر شدنتون به چند تا پزشک خوب دیگه مراجعه کنید بهتره.

فایل عزیز ایشالله که ام اس نداری ولی با تشخیص و تایید پلاک بنا رو بر ام اس میزارن که با تجویز دارو و گذشت زمان و با توجه به روند بیماری در شخص ، نحوه ادامه معالجه مورد بررسی قرار میگیره
نگران نباش و مطمئن باش که اگه چیز کوچیکی هم این وسط باشه با ارامش و اعتماد به نفس میتونی کنترلش کنید
بهتره به یه پزشک دیگه هم مراجعه کنی و در صورت تجویز دارو هرچه سریعتر معالجه رو شروع کنی تا در هر صورت چیزی و از دست نداده باشی
