واسه ربیف رو نمی دونم ولی پرستار من گفت که اگر محل تزریقت درد داره روز بعد از تزریق یک حوله گرم کن بزار رو محل تزریق . به من گفت به هیچ وجه همون روز تزریق کمپرس یخ یا گرم رو انجام نده چون بعدش اون محل نمی دونم چی میشه این تیکه اش یادم نیست smiling ولی گفت روز بعدش این کارا رو بکن.
من البته مشکل نداشتم تا الآن ولی شما یک امتحانی بکنید ببینید بهتر میشه ؟
ضمن اینکه به من گفت که بعد از تزریق حدود 5 دقیقه ای آروم بشینم از جام تکون نخورم بعدش بلند بشم .

بعد یک چیز دیگه اینکه من روی ران و شکم رو دستگاه می زدم تا هزار روز جاش درد داشت دیگه با دست میزنم اون جاها رو دیگه درد نداره. شما هم اگر با دستگاه می زنید امتحان کنید با دست زدن رو ببینید چطور میشه ؟ اگر بهتر شدید با دست تزریق کنید ...

من فقط یک بار با دستگاه تزریق کردم بعدشم نشستم زار زار گریه کردم آخه خیلی درد داشتrolleyesrolleyesrolleyes

همیشه با دست میزنم اما باز جاش قرمز میه تا چند هفته و اون قسمت درد دارهconfused2

برای جلوگیری از قرمز شدن که 2 ساعت قبل از تزریق و 2 ساعت بعد از تزریف از کرم الوئه ورا استفاده کنید. اما واسه دردش همون که گفتم جواب میده.

alipجان از این که ام اسو تجربه کردی یا نه نمیدونم...........ولی اصلا موضوع تی تیش بازی نیست.........من ربیف میزنم آمپولم سر سوزنش خیلی نازکه ولی اینکه در چه شرایط روحی تجربه کنی خیلی مهمه.....من خیلی سال پیش پرستاری قبول شدم از ترس آمپول زدن نرفتم این رشته رو ادامه بدم که ای کاش میرفتم....ابن 3سال که ربیف میزنم بیشتر با خود آمپول زدن مشکل داشتم.........تا 3ماه اول یه خانمی برام میزد........این خانم رفت مسافرت .......دیگه احساس کردم که فقط خودم میتونم برای خودم این کار و انجام بدم که خیلی برام بهتر شد .........من خیلی اهل سفرم معمولا کولم همیشه آماده ست برای مسافرت .........دیگه استرس ندارم ومن قبل از آمپول زدن کیسه یخ رو 10 دقیقه میدارم جایی که میخوام تزریق کنم بعد همون قسمت و نیشگونی توسطح وسیع نگه میدارم آروم تا 10 میشمرم .....الان دیگه ذهنم به آرامش رسیده و دیگه سوزش .کبودی تدارم
