منم از همون اول شروع کردم به خوردن امگا 3-6-9 مخصوصا که ماهی هم بخاطر طبع سردش نمیخورم

هرچند مصرف ماهی، گردو و... بهترتره.
من چون ال کارنیتین خارجی استفاده میکنم دیگه امگا3 نمیخورم.آخه ال کارنیتین خوش این مواد رو داره

آ-ال-آ به عنوان يك منبع انرژي در بدن مصرف ميشود و به عنوان يك ماده مادر نسبت به اسيدهاي چرب امگا-3 عمل مي كند. اسيدهاي چرب امگا-3، فشارخون، انعقاد خون، ضربان قلب، استاع عروق خوني، پاسخ ايمني و شكسته شدن چربي ها را تنظيم مي كند. اسيدهاي چرب ضروري در ساختن بافت مغز و اعصاب نيز نقش دارند. تنها برخي ازگياهان حاوي آ-ال-آ هستند. اين گياهان عمدتاً شامل (rapeseed)، كتان (linseed) و روغن سويا است. برخي ماهي ها (مثلاً ماكرل و سالمون) حاوي اسيدهاي چرب امگا-3 هستند. ذرت، آفتابگردان، كتان، گل رنگ و كنجد غني از اسيدهاي چرب امگا-6 است. اين دو خانواده چربي بسيار مهم، ولي داراي دو نقش جداگانه در بدن هستند. لازم است تعادلي بين اسيدهاي چرب امگا-3 و امگا-6 در رژيم غذايي وجود داشته باشد. مصرف بيش از حد هر يك موجب بروز بيماري ميشود.

رژيم غذايي آمريكايي به طور تيپيك غني از چربيهاي امگا-6 و فقير از چربي هاي امگا-3 است. مصرف بيش از حد روغن امگا-6 و مصرف كم ماهي و پايين آوردن كلي مصرف چربي از سوي آمريكايي ها مهمترين دلايل به هم خوردن تعادل بين امگا-6 و امگا-3 در رژيم غذايي آمريكايي هاست. مصرف امگا-6 به ميزان بيشتر از امگا-3 موجب توليد موادي

مي شود كه التهال زا هستند و دفاع بدن در مقابل بيماري ها را كم مي كند. اين بي تعادلي انسان را مستعد بيماري قلبي، شرايط التهابي نظير تورم مفاصل، پسوريازيس و عفونتها و ضعف سيستم ايمني مي كند. در اين موارد مصرف بيشتر امگا-3 مؤثر است.

موارد كاربرد

اسيدهاي چرب امگا-3 داراي اثرات اثبات شده متعددي است. اين موارد به خصوص جهت قلب مفيد و در تخفيف علايم روماتيسم مفصلي و درمان اسكلروز متعدد و برخي بيماران مبتلا به ديابت و پيشگيري از سرطان مؤثر است. اخيراً اسيدهاي چرب امگا-3 در درمان ميگرن و افسردگي به طور موفق بكار رفته است. آ-ال-آ در درمان سرطان پوست هم مفيد است.

آ-ال-ا و ساير روغن هاي امگا-3 در درمان موارد زير بكار مي رود:

بيماري قلبي: آ-ال-آ خطر بروز بيماري قلبي را با بهبود شريانا كه خون را به بدن و مغز مي رسانند و با كاهش كلسترول و تري گليسريد خون كم مي كنند.

فشار خون بالا.

بيماري هاي آلرژي و التهابي نظير پسوريازيس و اگزما.

بيماري هاي خود ايمني نظير اسكلروز متعدد، لوپوس و سرطان

من تو 24 سال زندگیم 22سال رو با قاطعیت میگم که ماهی خوردم گیلانی هم که
هستم فقط ماهی سفید خوردم ولی گویا جز لذت شکمی فایده دیگه ای نداشته
والانم امگا3 طبق تجویز دکتر می خورم خیلی هم روش تاکید داره بهش میگم دکترجان والا
من خودم کپسول امگا3 ام از بس ماهی خوردم!

قرص خوبیه منم دکترم برام تجویز کرده بدیش اینه چند ساعت بعدش کمی دهنت بوی ماهی میگیره که اونم با یه آدامس حله
قرص امگا 3 برای مفاصل خوبه و افراد عای هم میخورن ولی برای ماها که خاص تیر هستیم لازم تر هست دیگه
اگه مصرف کنید اثرات استخوان درد بعد از تزریق به شکل چشمگیری کم میشه
