دکتر من به من گفته از هرچی هر چقدر دوست داری بخور فقط زیده روی نکنwink2wink2wink2
من هر روز عصر یک فنجان قهوه تلخ همراه با یک لیوان چای سبز وبدون قند می خورم عادت کردم وهیچ تاثیری در خوابیدن یا نخوابیدنم نداره فقط یک علاقه محسوب میشهicon_question

قهوه جلوگیری ازخطر ابتلابه ام اس داره یا در بهبودمبتلایان کمک میکنه؟
چون بعضی پزشکا در مورد بیماران معتقدن بهتره مصرف نشه.
حالاچه برسه روزی 6-5 لیوان.

من هم دکتر طب سنتی ام گفت چای و قهوه یه سمی تو بدن تولید می کنه که خودش عامل 50 تا بیماریهconfused2

کافئین اصلا ماده مفیدی برای بدن نیست. من پنج سالی هست که به چای و قهوه لب نزدم و ذائقه ام تغییر کرده. به طور کلی از این دو نوشیدنی متنفر شدم.

الان مثل کسی می مونم که تا حالا این نوشیدنی ها را امتحان نکرده و برای اولین بار با این طعمها میخواد آشنا بشه. بهیچوجه خوشایند نیست.badtaste

اینها سیاستهای کلانی هستند که بدلیل سودهای کلان عده ای، کل مردم دنیا عادت به نوشیدن مایعات تلخ و بدمزه کرده اند. شاید وقتی میگم بدمزه شما درک نکنید اما واقعیت اینه که کافئین اعتیادآوره و برای همین نمیتونید درک کنید.

شاید برخی از شما مشکل کنترل ادرار را داشته باشید. مطمئن باشید که با استفاده نکردن از کافئین این مشکلتون پس از مدتی برطرف میشه.

نتايج تحقيقات جديد نشان مي‌دهد كه مصرف مواد كافئين دار از جمله قهوه در پيشگيري از بيماري فلج اعصاب يا ام اس موثر است.

به گزارش سرويس بهداشت و درمان ايسنا، آزمايشات انجام شده بر روي موش‌هاي آزمايشگاهي نشان داد كه اگر اين موش‌ها در روز شش تا هشت فنجان قهوه مصرف كنند احتمال ابتلاي آنها به بيماري شبيه به ام اس انساني بسيار كمتر است.

پژوهشگران اميدوارند كه اين يافته به كشف روش‌هاي جديدي براي جلوگيري از بروز ام اس در انسانها شود.

بر اساس مطالعات منتشر شده در مجله پيشرفتهاي آكادمي ملي علوم، به نظر مي‌رسد كه كافئين نقش قابل ملاحظه‌اي در پيشگيري از آسيب سيستم عصبي دارد.

اما كارشناسان توصيه مي‌كنند كه مقدار مصرف نبايد بيشتر از پنج فنجان در روز باشد؛ چرا كه بر اساس شواهد و مدارك پزشكي استفاده از مقادير بيشتر خطر ابتلا به ديابت را تشديد مي‌كند.

در حالي كه هنوز واكنش زنجيره‌اي كه منجر به بروز ام اس مي‌شود هنوز كاملا درك نشده است اما گفته مي‌شود كه يك مشكل اصلي در اين رابطه ورود سلولهاي ايمني به سيستم اعصاب مركزي است.

در اين شرايط سيستم ايمني خودكار بدن به بدن حمله ور مي‌شود و به تدريج و در حال پيشرونده‌اي غلاف‌هاي چربي ميلين را تخريب مي‌كند. اين غلاف‌ها نقش حفاظت از رشته‌هاي عصبي را برعهده دارند.

درمانهاي فعلي براي ام اس تنها به كند كردن روند پيشرفت بيماري پس از ابتلا محدود مي‌شود.

در دانشگاه كورنل در آمريكا و دانشگاه توركو در فنلاند، پژوهشگران در تلاش براي استفاده از يك بيماري در موش موسوم به «التهاب ميلين مغز تجربي سيستم ايمني خودكار يا EAE هستند تا پيشرفت ام اس در انسان را از اين طريق نمونه سازي كنند. يكي از تاثيرات كافئين هم در موش و هم در انسانها تاثير روي مولكولي با عنوان آدنوسين است كه در خواب و توليد انرژي نقش اصلي ايفا مي‌كند.

وقتي موش‌ها كافئين مصرف مي‌كنند، آدنوسين نمي‌تواند به يك گيرنده خاص روي سطح سلولها مرتبط شود.

به نظر مي‌رسد كه اين حالت در عوض روي توانايي سلول‌هاي دستگاه ايمني براي ورود به سيستم عصبي در بخشي از مغز تاثير غير مستقيم داشته باشد و در نتيجه موش‌ها به EAE مبتلا نمي‌شوند.

بيماري ام اس يا مولتيپل اسكلروزيس (Multiple Sclerosis) نوعي بيماري مزمن و اغلب پيش رونده دستگاه عصبي مركزي است كه با از بين رفتن غلاف ميلين در برخي از اعصاب مغز نخاع به صورت تكه‌هاي كوچك مشخص مي‌شود.

از بين رفتن غلاف ميلين عامل اختلال در انتقال پيام‌هاي عصبي است. علت اين بيماري هنوز ناشناخته بوده و در افراد جوان بين 20 تا 40 سال شايع‌تر است. هم چنين نرخ ابتلا در زنان دو برابر مردان است.

روند ام اس در اشكال متعددي صورت مي‌گيرد كه اغلب بيماران دچار حملات شديد و بعد تخفيف علايم شده و بين حملات هيچ علامتي وجود ندارد.

پيشرفت حاد و سريع در اين بيماري به ندرت ديده مي‌شود و در بيشتر مبتلايان سير بيماري خوش خيم بوده و علائم به قدري خفيف است كه بيمار حتي به پزشك هم مراجعه نمي‌كند.

شايعترين علايم اين بيماري عبارت از خستگي مفرط، ضعف، ‌كرخ شدن دست و پا، ناهماهنگي حركات و از دست دادن تعادل، درد،‌ تاري ديد، حساسيت به گرما، گيجي، اختلالات شناختي، مشكلات دفع ادرار و مدفوع و اختلالات جنسي هستند.

شناسايي و كنترل به موقع علايم بيماري از دشت و سرعت پيشرفت آنها مي‌كاهد. برگشت بيماري اغلب با دوره‌هاي استرس عاطفي يا جسمي شديد همراه است.

برای پیشگیری از ام.اس. ، قهوه بنوشید
به گزارش شبکه خبر، ام.اس.، نوعی بیماری است كه بر اثر از بین رفتن غلاف رشته های عصبی، باعث اختلالات حسی و حركتی و فلج تدریجی فرد می شود.

پژوهشگران "دانشگاه كورنل"، در بررسی های خود دریافتند ماده كافئین موجود در قهوه، باعث محافظت رشته های عصبی در برابر این بیماری می شود.
