بارداری تاثیری در افزایش حملات بیماری ام.اس ندارد

رییس انجمن ام. اس ایران با رد امکان تشدید بیماری ام. اس با بارداری زنان مبتلا به این بیماری گفت:«بارداری تاثیری در افزایش حملات بیماری ام.اس ندارد و دلیل اصلی افزایش این حملات استرس‌ها و افسردگی‌های پس از دوره زایمان است.»



دکتر جمشید لطفی در گفتگو با سامانه خبری «سلامت‌نیوز»، با بیان اینکه دانش پزشکی تاکنون رابطه‌ای میان امکان تشدید بیماری ام.اس با موضوع بارداری کشف نکرده است،گفت:«بیماری ام.اس زنانی که در محیطی کاملا امن، آرام و به دور از هر گونه هیجان و استرس باردار شده‌اند به میزان قابل ملاحظه‌ای کند شده است.»

وی تصریح کرد:«تمامی بیماری‌های دستگاه عصبی ناشی از افزایش استرس‌های جوامع امروزی هستند و ارتباط تنگاتنگی میان زندگی‌های ناسالم و ابتلا به بیماری‌هایی چون ام. اس وجود دارد.»
رییس انجمن ام. اس افزود:«استرس و دغدغه‌های فکری موجب کاهش عملکرد سیستم ایمنی بدن شده و در ابتلا به بیماری‌های سیستم دستگاه عصبی تاثیرگذارند.»

این متخصص مغز و اعصاب با اشاره به امکان معلولیت برخی از افراد با ابتلا به بیماری ام.اس اظهار داشت:«این بیماری در برخی از موارد می‌تواند، فرد را از انجام یک زندگی عادی باز دارد اما خوشبختانه بسیاری از افراد پس از ابتلا به بیماری ام.اس زندگی عادی خود را ادامه داده‌اند.»

لطفی تصریح کرد:«در صورتی که بیماری ام.اس در مراحل نخست حمله به سیستم عصبی فرد تشخیص داده شود، امکان بازسازی بخش‌های تخریب شده با تجویز برخی از داروهای خاص وجود دارد.»

وی متذکر شد:«مصرف داروهای بیماری ام.اس می تواند ۳۰ تا ۴۰ درصد از پیشرفت این بیماری جلوگیری کند.»

این استاد سابق دانشگاه ادامه داد:«متاسفانه بیماری ام. اس نسل جوان جامعه را که به نسبت به دیگر افراد از ضریب هوشی بیشتر و دامنه احساسی بالاتری برخوردارند، مورد حمله قرار می‌دهد.»

وی خاطرنشان کرد:«ایجاد لحظات شاد و کم هیاهو برای مبتلایان به بیماری ام.اس موجب کاهش روند تخریب این بیماری می‌شود.»

شاید چون تو دوره بارداری دارو مصرف نمیشه احتمال حمله پس از زایمان زیاده.

منم تا یکی دو سال دیگه بچه نمی خوام ولی خیلی میترسم اصلا دوست ندارم راجع بارداری فکر کنمconfused2 فقط میگم دست خدا تو دستمه خودش یه جور درستش میکنهagreement2

تا جایی که من می دونم استرس ها و فشارهای بارداری و البته قطع دارو تو اون دوران تاثیرش رو بعد از بارداری نشون می ده حالا بازم عاقلان دانند مخصوصا که این حرف از دکتر لطفی جونمه!!!
