بله دو مرتبه و خیلی شدید برام اتفاق افتاد که خیلی اذیتم کرد اما کپسول تگروتول 200 تجویز کردند و خوب شد هفته پیش که اخرین ام ار ای برای دکتر بردم گفتند که التهاب عصب چشم باعث پرش چشم میشه و مربوط به ام اس ...خستگی چشم هم تشدیش میکنه

منم الان 3 روز که پلک بالایی چشم چپم میپره.....
فکر کنم از کار زیاد با کامپیوتر و تماشای تلویزیون و پلک نزدن مدوام هنگام انجام
این کارها باشه
از بی خوابی و استراحت ندادن به چشم ها هم هست.

البته من فکر میکنم که به ام اس هم مربوط باشه اخه من پلک چشم راستم که سالمه نمیپره.

پرش چشم ‚ لرزش عضلا‌ت خارج چشمي است كه تحريكات عصبي و روحي در اين زمينه تاثيرگذار بوده ‚ هيچ مشكل ارگانيك چشمي ندارد.

تحريكات عصبي و روحي ‚ كم خوابي و استرس از عوامل بروز عارضه پرش چشم هستند كه فرد در پلك‌هاي خود احساس نبض‌دار شدن و حركت مي‌كند.

پرش چشم هيچ عوارضي ندارد و بهترين روش براي رفع آن داشتن آرامش ‚ استراحت و بي‌توجهي نسبت به اين مسئله است .

به گزارش خبرنگار سلامت نیوز ، از دید برخی از پزشکان اين عارضه اكثرا خود به خود برطرف مي شود.

علت پرش پلك معلوم نيست و ممكن است در اثر تحريك اعصاب عضلات چشم ايجاد شود.

علت پرش پلك در صورت تداوم ممكن است خستگي چشم باشد .

اگر در محلي زير نور شديد لامپ هاي مهتابي كار مي كنيد سعي كنيد ميزان نور را كاهش دهيد و نور حاصل از مفتول هاي گداخته فلزي (لامپ هاي معمولي) را

براي ملايم كردن روشنايي به محيط اضافه كنيد. ممكن است با قرار دادن روزانه دوبار كمپرس مرطوب و گرم روي چشم هاي خود احساس راحتي كنيد و به عضلات

پلك آرامش بخشيد.

از سوی دیگر برخی دیگر از پزشکان معتقدند عارضه يا ناراحتي پرش يا لرزش پلك چشم، نشانه و اختلالي است كه در عضلات بوجود مي‌آيد و اين اختلالات به علت

كمبود مواد حاوي منيزيم و كلسيم بوجود مي‌آيد .

پزشكان مي‌گويند: درمان اين ناراحتي طولاني است و لااقل بايد به مدت 2 تا 3 ماه ادامه داشته باشد كه به تمام اعضاي بدن مواد معدني برسد.

ساير عوارض و اختلالاتي كه در اثر كمبود منيزيم در بدن بوجود مي‌آيد شامل لرزش دستها، كرامپ عضلات در پاها، گردن، شانه، گرفتگي گلو يا بلع، خواب رفتن

دستها يا پاها و نيز اسپاسمهاي عضلاني است .

منم این مشکل رو دارم
حدود سه روزه که از بیمارستان مرخص شدم اما از روز اول که بهم کورتون تزریق کردن پلک چشم چپم شروع کرد به پریدن و تا الان که حدود 8 روز میگذره همچنان ادامه داره تازه زانوی پای راستم هم گرفته واقعا نمیدونم بایدد چکار کنم آخه من تازه دو هفته اس که فهمیدو ام اس دارم نگرانم میترسم عوارض دارو باشه sad2

من هم چند هفته ای میشه که گاهی اوقات تاری دید و دوبینی دارم. این حالت دائمی نیست و به فواصل تکرار میشه. التهاب عصب بینایی که ازش صحبت میکنید در ام اس جزء علائم شایع هست اما قابل رویت مستقیم توسط پزشک نیستconfused2 استفاده از وسیله دید مستقیم شبکیه که از طریق اون میشه عصب اوپتیک رو دید بر خلاف تصور التهاب رو نشون نمیده به این دلیل که این حالت در خلف ناحیه عصب دیده میشه و از طریق دید دوبعدی قابل مشاهده نیستHuh شدت این التهاب فقط از طریق MRI & VIP تعیین میشه. من برای این مشکل حتی به اوپتومتریس مراجعه کردم و عینکم رو عوض کردم اما کمکی نکرد پس سعی میکنم سازگار بشم به شما هم پیشنهاد میکنم زیاد دنبال درمان علائم نباشید. دارویی که برای این مشکل به صورت کلاسیک استفاده میشه پرذنیزون هست از دسته کورتیکواستروئیدها. با توجه به اثرات سوء کورتن در دراز مدت به خصوص بهتره استفاده نشه angry2 عصبی که دچار تحلیل میلین شده بعد از مدتی بازهم با تاخیر راهش رو پیدا میکنه به بدن هوشمند خودتون فرصت رهایی بدین و از راههای سرکوب مکانیسم طبیعی استفاده نکنیدagreement2 پاینده باشید و آدینه روز شما به خیر.

منم مدتیه پلک یکی از چشمام می پره . چون برام مهم نبود و اصلا وقت نداشتم که بهش فکر کنم ! منتظر بودم خودش خوب بشه ولی دیگه فکر کنم طولانی شد ، پس کی می خواد خوب شه ؟
چون همون چشمیه که یه بار درگیر شده و اثراتش به جا مونده ، از طرفی پرشش با مور مور همراهه ، به نظرتون بازم مثل این مدت بیخیالش باشم ؟
یادم نیست چند وقته مثلا دو یا چند هفته ! راستش چند روزه میام تو سایت که بپرسم ، انقدر مشغول خوندن میشم ، مخصوصا خبرای خوب تیم دوچرخه سواری و ... که دیگه یادم میره سؤال داشتم و می خواستم بپرسم !

سلام من ام اس ندارم ولی 6 سال پیش پرش چشم گرفتم خیلی ناجور فکر کنم به خاطر یک فشار عصبی بود یک هفته صبر کردم خوب نشد رفتم پیش دکتر بابک سالاریان بهم 2 تا دارو داد که الان یادم نیست فکر کنم داروی اعصاب بود کم کم مدت پرش چشمم کم شد من اصلا نمی تونستم چند دقیقه راحت باشم فکر کنم هر 3-4 دقیقه پلکم می پرید اون هم چند مرتبه اما بعد از یک ماه یا کمی بیشتر خوب شد. یادم رفت بگم بهم مولتی ویتامین مینرال هم دادBlush
بچه ها همه این عوارش مال ام اس نیست شاید کمبود ویتامین دارید یا مثل م یک بحران روحی باعث این عامل شده اما این رو می دونم که خوب شدنش کمی زمان می برهwink2
در ضمن در من دیگه تکرار نشدicon_biggrin

ولی پرش چشم من دیده نمیشه و مثل نبضه و گوشه چشمم یه جوریه مثل مور مور و خواب رفتگی .
