آخرین توصیه های سازمان غذل و داروی امریکا (FDA) و اروپا (EMA) در مورد داروی خوراکی gilenya

در تاریخ 20 آوریل 2012 ، در سایت های خبری، مطلبی منتشر شده که ضمن آن آخرین توصیه های FDAو EMA را در مورد مصرف داروی خوراکی ام اس یعنی gilenya ( ومعادل ایرانی آن فینگولید – مترجم ) ارائه شده است. با توجه به وقوع فوت ناگهانی چند تن از مصرف کنندگان داروی فوق در دنیا ، انجمن ام اس ایران لازم میداند همزمان با ورود داروی ایرانی فینگولید به بازار داروئی کشور، توصیه های اخیر را درمورد استفاده از این دارو به اطلاع پزشکان محترم و عزیزان مبتلا به ام اس برساند.





بر اساس پیشنهاد دو سازمان فوق

- همه افرادی که از دارویgilenya استفاده میکنند لازم است قبل از مصرف اولین دوز (در یک مرکز درمانی ) و نیز پس از 6 ساعت که بیمار تحت نظر قرار داشت نوار قلب گرفته شود . در حین ساعاتی که فرد تحت نظر است فشار خون و ضربان قلب هر یک ساعت اندازه گیری شود.

- افرادی که پس از اولین دوز دارو ، شواهدی از مشکلات قلبی خود نشان دهند لازم است مدت بیشتری تحت نظر بمانند و آنها که برای افت ضربان قلب نیاز به درمان پیدا کنند تا روز بعد باید تحت نظر باشند.

- این دارو برای افرادی که در 6 ماهه گذشته سابقه مشکلات قلبی – عروقی دارند، از جمله حمله های قلبی، سکته قلبی یا دچار بی نظمی ضربان قلب شامل بلوک درجه 2 و 3 و نیز آنها که داروهای کاهنده ضربان قلب استفاده میکنند ، توصیه نمیشود .

- اگر فردی با سابقه بیماری قلبی، داروی فوق را مصرف کرد، بعد از شروع اولین دوز دارو باید بطور مداوم بررسی شود(مانیتور شود) و این امر تا روز بعد ادامه یابد.

- این ملاحظات لازم است در کسانی که پس از مدتی مصرف دارو راقطع کرده و مجدداً می خواهند شروع نمایند ، اجرا شود.

- احتیاطات فوق فقط در کسانی لازم میشود که اولین دوز را مصرف میکنند. و برای سایر دوزها ضرورتی ندارد .

دکترم دارومو عوض کرده و این قرص رو برام تجویز کردن. میخواستم ببینم کسی از دوستان از این دارو استفاذه کرده؟
امروز که پدرم از قیمت دارو پرسیده بود از داروخانه گفته بودن تقریبا 100تا قرص 8میلیون میشه
تاثیر این دارو از بقیه بیشتره؟ ممکنه این دارو درمان باشه؟ اخه شنیده بودم که این دارو ممکنه برای درمان ام اس باشه

سلام دوستان.اخبار شبکه های مختلف تلویزیونی دیروز اعلام کردند تولید ایرانی داروی خوراکی ام اس در ایران با موفقیت انجام شده و از اواسط بهمن سال قبل توزیع و از دو روز پیش تحت پوشش بیمه قرار گرفته است.agreement2
