صبح، چون بدن استراحت کرده و هیچ تلاش و استرسی نداشته و خسته نیست، آرامه اما شب و یا نزدیک به شب که میشه به خاطر خستگی و تلاشهایی که در روز داشتین به این صورت بروز میکنه

یه جستجو راجع به alpha lipoic acid و تاثیرش رو ترمیم عصب و همینطور تاثیرش روی بیماری ms بفرمایید. بعد راجع به استفاده تصمیم بگیرید.

البته اگه تصمیم به استفاده بگیره کسی نمیدونم تو ایران بشه پیداش کرد یا نه.

رامنا خانم تحقیقاتی که انجام شده تا به الان،نشون داده که ALA می تونه بر روی اعصاب چشمی تاثیر بذاره و باعث کاهش التهاب اونها بشه (در بیماران ام اس).
همونجور که خودتون هم فرمودید در مورد بیماران دیابتی مطالعات بیشتر بوده و تاثیرش در خصوص کاهش عوارضی مثل بی حسی و سنگینی دست و پا و ... هم گزارش شده.امیدوارم تاثیرش در دیابت برای ام اس هم تکرار بشه.

دوستان من نمیدونم سوالم ربطی به موضوع داره یا نه پس منو ببخشیدicon_questionicon_question
چند وقته شبا بی دلیل بیدار میشم و خوابم نمیبره اونم به این دلیل که سمت راست سر و صورتم به همراه دست راستم سوزن سوزن شدید میشه.فرقش اینکه سرم درد هم میگیره.این حالت تا یک ساعت یا یک ساعت و نیم ادامه داره.به حدی که دوست دارم سرمو بکوبم به جاییrolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyes
به نظرتون دلیلش چی میتونه باشه.قبلا فقط گردن و کتف راستم اینطور بود اما نه اینقدر شدیدsad2sad2sad2sad2

من کف دست چپم گز گز میکرد...به دکترم گفتم گاباپنتین داد...باز خوب نشد این سری بجاش پرگابالین داد....خدایی خوب شد.....یه دوره خوردم و خیلی بهتر شدم...اما دوره داروم تموم شد و دکتر خودم خارج بود....رفتم یه دکتر دیگه گفت گزگز نداره نخور دیگه...قطعش که کردم باز شروع شد...اما من محلش نمیدمlaughing3...شایدم بخاطر گرما باشهicon_cry

گاباپنتین برای منم به شدت روی گزگز انگشتای دستم تاثیر مثبت داشت البته که بعد از قطع کردن دوباره اون حالت گزگز برمی گرده و نقش درمانی نداره . دکتر به من گفت اگه می تونی تحمل کنی که می تونی . بیخودکی دارو نخور . منم نخوردم و دیگه به این حالت عادت کردم .

امین جان حتما یه بار دیگه به دکترت مراجعه کن
درسته گاباپنتین و پرگابالین برای همین موضوع هست ولی هیچ موقع بر اساس تجربه بقیه اقدام به مصرف داروهای تخصصی نکن
