مطلب مفیدی بود. اما بهتره که جمله اینطوری اصلاح بشه: پلاکهایی که در اثر ام اس بوجود آمده نه پلاکهایی که باعث ام اس میشن. چون پلاک باعث ام اس نمیشه، ام اس باعث پلاک میشه. پلاک چیزی مثل غده نیست بلکه یک ضایعه است که در اثر از بین رفتن غلاف عصب، داخل عصب دیده میشه و پلاک نامیده میشه. درست مثل یک زخم که بطور مثال در اثر بریدگی بوجود میاد. اگر زخمی عمیق باشه، سالها طول میکشه تا جاش خوب بشه. در حالیکه زخم وجود نداره اما جای زخم را هنوز میبینیم. پس نباید خیلی به پلاک تکیه کرد.
کسانی هستند که سالها با حالتهای شدید این بیماری درگیر هستند اما حتی یک پلاک هم ندارند. خودم در آخرین ام آر آی که دادم دکتر گفت پلاکهات اصلا چشم گیر نیستند در حالیکه بیماریم خیلی پیشرفت کرده بود! برعکس این هم وجود داره، کسانی که با وجود پلاکهای درشت و زیاد در حالت خوبی به سر میبرند.
بستگی به این داره که این ضایعات (پلاکها) در کدوم قسمت از مغز بوجود اومده باشه و اون قسمت از مغز به کجای بدن فرمان بده. پس تعداد یا سایز پلاکها اصلا معیار مهمی نیست، مهم جای پلاکهاست.

دونستنش برای همه جالبه اما بعضی از دوستان خیلی ذهنشون را درگیر پلاکها کردند. مگه آمار تمام اجزای بدن را میدونیم. اینکه امروز چند لیتر خون داریم یا دیروز چقدر داشتیم؟! آب بندنمون در مقایسه با پارسال چقدر کم یا زیاد شده؟! تعداد مویرگهامون چند تاست؟ کم شده یا زیاد؟! و...
اگر از تمام اینها اطلاع داشته باشیم برای کم یا زیاد شدن هرکدوم کلی غصه خواهیم خورد. پس کاری به کاری پلاکها نداشته باشید. مطمئن باشید که اگر داروی این بیماری پیدا بشه بعد از بین بردن علائم بالینی دانشمندان دیگه روی از بین بردن پلاکها وقت نمیذارند. تا حالا دیدید کسی برای از بین بردن جای زخم انگشت پاش که اصلا معلوم نیست و در حد یک خط اثرش مونده بره جراحی پلاستیک بکنه؟!wink2

سلام. من میخام تو زمینه تشخیص اولیه ام اس با استفاده از کامپیوتر کار کنم. از دوستانی که تصاویر ام اس دارند خواهش میکنم برام میل کنند. تصاویر با پسوند DICOM باشد. تصاویر MRI مغزی میخام. موضوع جدیدی هست و اگر موفق بشم میتونه برای همه بسیار مفید باشه. کمکم کنین.alimajer2002@live.com

سلام بچه ها خواهشا هر کی میتونه جواب ام آر آیم رو بده
10 روز پیش ام آر آی با و بدون ماده حاجب دادم
حالا مقایسشون کنید
ام آر آی 1 سال پیش
پس از تزریق کنتراست،رنگ گیری در حداقل 6 کانون مشهود است.تعداد پلاکها از 9 تا بیشتر است

حالا ام آر آی جدیدم
پس از تزریق کنتراست حداقل 2 کانون ظریف رنگ گیرنده مشهود است
یک کانون در پاراونتریکولار خلفی راست بزرگتر شده است

بچه ها 2 کانون رنگ گرفته یعنی 2 تا پلاک فعال دارم درسته؟
این پلاکه که بزرگ شده خیلی ناراحتم کرده تازه گریه کردم
حالا بهتر شدم یا بدتر؟

سلام بچها میشه بگید ای عکسهارو چطور بفرستم من اخه تا سی دی باز میشه داخل کامپیوتر میره روی برنامه بیمارستان و از روی برنامه بیمارستانی نمیشه ذخیره کنم به کامپیوتر اگه لطف کنید راهنمایم کنید منم بفرستمconfusedبه صورت پیام خصوصی
