دکتر منم می گه اگر علایم حمله رو بتونی تحمل کنی و توی کارات خللی وارد نکنه بدون کورتون صبر کن تا خودش خوب بشه
1 هفته تا 6 ماه طول می کشه
کورتون واسه مواقع حاد هست نه یه گزگز ساده
ورزش واسه بهبود زودتر خیلی موثر هست
دم کرده ریشه شیرین بیان هم خوبه واسه التهاب (زیاد نخور چون فشار خون میاره)

موقعی که نمیدونستم ام اس دارم یعنی بیشتر از 15 سال پیش خیلی این موارد واسم پیش میومد و همه را فکر میکردم از ورزش سخته و خودش خوب میشد
شاید اگه همه اون حالتها را با کورتون مداوا میکردم الان بعد این همه سال اوضاعم به این خوبی نبود

ولی بعضی اوقات واقعا کورتون درمانی لازمه. وقتی دستام گزگز میشد واقعا دیگه از کار افتاده بودن. حتی کارای ساده مثل مسواک کردن و حتی شستن صورتمو نمیتونستم انجام بدم. خیلی سخت بود . دست داشتم ولی انگار نداشتم....

مصرف زیاد کورتون باعث پوکی و گاهی سیاه شدن استخوان میشه. ضمن اینکه مصرف غلط ممکنه باعث بی اثر شدن اون و نیاز پیدا کردن به دوز بالاتر دارو بشه.اگر از قرص های کورتون مثل پردنیزولون استفاده کردید بتدریج دارو را قطع کنید و یکدفعه اینکار را انجام ندهید.بصورتیکه حتی به یک چهارم قرص برسونید و بعد از چند روز دارو را قطع کنید.
من یکبار حمله ای داشتم که منجر به سرگیجه شده بود دکترم بهم گفت کورتون نخور و صبر کن خودش خوب میشه اما پارسال که کف پام کرخت می شد بهم چند تا آمپول دگزامتازون داد.
در هر صورت پزشک بهتر میتونه در این مورد تصمیم بگیره.men

بعضی وقتا مشکلاتی که پیش میاد حمله نیستن شبه حمله هستن.که خودش به مرور زمان خوب میشه.مثل چند هفته پیش خودم که پای راستم کرخت شده بود و سمت چپ صورتم بی حس. که به مرور خوب شد.و به نظر خودم بیشتر فشارهای عصبی باعث به وجود آمدن ای حالات میشن.
