یک داروی جدید برای ام اس تایید شد

سازمان غذا و داروی آمریکا داروی اکستاویا (Extavia) را برای درمان مبتلایان به ام‌اس مورد تایید قرار داد

به گزارش خبرنگار سایت پزشکان بدون مرز به نقل از هلث دی نیوز ، این دارو که ساخت شرکت نوارتریس است، برای مبتلایان به بیماری خودایمنی ام‌اس که بیماری آنها تازه تشخیص داده شده یا به تازگی عود کرده است، مورد تایید قرار گرفته است.

در بیماری ‌ام‌اس دستگاه ایمنی بدن به غلاف رشته‌های عصبی که پیام‌های الکتریکی را به مغز منتقل می‌کنند، حمله می‌کند. علائم بیماری ممکن است شامل مشکلاتی در کنترل عضلات،‌ بینایی، تعادل، دستگاه‌های حسی و کارکرد مغزی است.

عوارض جانبی رایج داروی اکستاویا، واکنش در محل تزریق، علائم شبیه آنفلوآنزا، سردرد و درد بدن است. این دارو باید در افراد مبتلا به افسردگی با احتیاط مصرف شود.
داروی اکتساویا یک شکل تجاری جدید از ماده تنظیم‌کننده دستگاه ایمنی، اینترفرون بی-یک بی، است که سال‌‌‌‌هاست که به عنوان درمان استاندارد ام‌اس به کار می‌رود.

چقدر ترسناکه!خیلی بد ازش حرف میزنید.ولی انگار اصلا جا نیفتاده!استقبال نشده ازش. من استفاده نمیکنم .از امپول دارم متنفر میشم.Angry

من اکستاویا میزنم در حین تزریق میسوزه اول استامینوفن میخوردم الان بدنم عتدت کرده و استامینوفن نمیخورم

بله دستگاه داره باید تشریف ببرید از انجمن محل سکونت تون بگیرید icon_question حتما هم بهشون بفرمایید " اکستاویا " چون دستگاهش با بتافرون فرق داره Wink

خودم پیدا کردم البته انجمن نه بیمارستان سینا


هرکی اکستاویا استفاده میکنه میتونه بره بیمارستانه سینا (خانم موحدی ) هم دستگاهه تزریقو بگیره هم آموزشwink2

یخ وجعبه حمل رو از همون جا که دستگاه رو گرفتید بهتون دادن ؟
