البته اگه به نظر من اگه بعد از مدتی چیزی پیدا نکردین دیگه دنبالش نباشید
یه راهنمایی دیگه
وقتی فشار روحی ادم زیاد میشه فکر کنم قبل از ابتلا به ام اس بیچاره الارم میده که داری اوضاع رو خراب میکنی
منم 4 سال قبل از حمله ای که متجر به تشخیص شد چند بار چشم راستم تار شد که یه بارش بدجور بود و بستری شدمو کوردتون گرفتم
اگه فشار زندگیتون زیاده اول از همه فشارشو کم کنید
امیدوارم که زودتر بیاین اینجا و بنویسید هیچی نبوده و علائمتون کامل از بین رفته agreement2agreement2agreement2

به نظرم رژیم غذائیت رو رعایت کن و وورزش رو ادامه بده ، استخر و ....
شما فرض کن(خدای نکرده) مبتلا شدی و مراعات کن

پلاک کجا بود ؟ مگه نگفتین هیچی تو ام آر آی نبوده ؟
معلومه انقدر به ام اس فکر کردید و در موردش چیزهایی خوندید مثل پلاک و خاموش و فعال بودن و غیره !
ولی شما با توجه به ام آر ای ام اس ندارید.استرس رو از خودتون دور کنید.

شهرزاد جان منم همین چندوقت پیش همین مشکل رو داشتم دکتر کورتون داد الان خوب شدم (یه بسته قرص پردنیزولون که 15 روز خوردنش طول کشید) یه سری به دکترت بزن حتما! البته من دستم یه کم حاد بود مشکلش و حتی نوشتنم برام سخت بود شاید برای همینم دکتر قرص داد وگرنه گاهی که خیلی شدید نیست بدون قرص هم بعد یه مدتی خودش خوب میشهagreement2

نیلو جان من 1.5ساله دستم هست ولی پام تازگی ها شروع شده والبته دوماه پیش کورتون گرفتم نسبتا خوب شد ولی برگشت بعدش و بعد فیزئوتراپی که برق زد بدتر شد و بی حس تر

فکر نکنم در عرض دو ماه کورتون زیاد بده اونم که تازه 10 تا تو دو روز گرفتم نه؟

به دکترم گفتم گفت ورزش بده و یه کمی هم باید عادت کنیsad2icon_cryicon_cryicon_cry
