من هم هر روز استفاده می کنم. ولی شنیدم که برای هر روز زیاده ولی باشد مصرف می کینم.

دکتر منم مدتی اصلا برا من چیزی نمینوشت ولی جدیدا همش زیر ویال اوونکس مینویسه کپسول کلسیم د منم میخورم اوایل معدم رو میریخت بهم ولی الان عادیه یه روز در میون میخورم ولی شبا چون هم با ویتامین د توی نور افتاب تاثیر میذاره روی پوست و هم به نور حساس میشیم برا همین بعد شام میخورم یکی
