آخه شما پوشش بیمه مادرتان هستید
یعنی مادرتان استخدام یک شرکت دولتی هست و آنجا هم مادرتان را بیمه کرده و ثابقه کار به عنوان خدمات کشوری برایش رد می شه و شما پوشش تحت پوشش بیمه شده اصلی که مادرتان هست دفترچه بیمه درمانی دارید

برو پیگیری کن . احتمالا از اول بیمه مادرت بودی و چون بیمه خدمات درمانی واسه عموم رایگان نیست و باید سالیانه یه مبلغی رو بدن از حقوق ایشون کم میشه .
خودت اقدام کن و با مدارکت برو اونجا .
دفترچه برات صادر میشه و اگه اشتباه نکنم فقط 1000 تومن هزینه دفترچه رو ازت میگیرن .

خانم ها اگه بیمه درمانی فردی یعنی مادر ... که شاقل یا باز نشسته هستند بهتره که بیمه همون فرد باقی بمانند
که بتوانید در صورت نیاز از بیمه تکمیلی مربوط به آن شرکت استفاده کنند
آخه شرکت های بیمه خصوصی بیشتر جمعی از افراد را بیمه تکمیلی می کنند و فقط به یک فرد را بیمه تکمیلی نمی کنند

خب الان هر ماهه مبلغی بابت حق بیمه ازم کم میکنن البته جدا از بیمه تکمیلی
یعنی حسابداری و کارگزینی در جریان نیستن؟
البته ببخش اومدم پای نت حواسم نبود که آیدی زهرا فعال هست

اونوقت یه سئوال دیگه
بخشنامه ای ، دستورالعملی ، چیزی داره؟
چون برای هر بار تعویض دفترچه اول فیش حقوقی رو میخوان که تائید بشه حق بیمه از حقوقم کسر میشه

کجا فیش حقوقی می خواد
معمولا
دفاتر بیمه سلامت ایرانیا برای صدر مجدد دفترجه فیش حقوقی نمی خواهند
ولی برای تمدید دفترچه اگه کارفرما دولتی دارید فکر کنم بخواهد

کارفرمام دولته. پس چرا حق بیمه کم میکنن؟
خب بیمه به تمدید نمیرسه چون اعتبارش طولانیه

چی ؟؟ بیمه خدمات برای ما رایگان بوده و من نمیدونستم ؟confused
من که بیمه شده اصلی هستم از من هر ماه حق بیمه کم میکنن از حقوقم.
البته اداره که نمیدونه من خاصم ولی بیمه که میدونه !
پس باید برم بگم ؟ دفترچه من از همون اول بیماری گفتن باید خاص بشه ولی روی فیش حقوقیم ننوشته بیمه خاص داره !

ناهید جان شما هم از اداره و بیمه پیگیر باش من هم پیگیری میکنم .
راستی گفتم که هر وقت میخوام دفترچه بگیرم اول فیش حقوقی رو چک میکنن
آیا بخشنامه و دستورالعملی داره؟ که به اون استناد مکنیم؟
