من یک سال کامله که ام اس دارم، باهاش نمیجنگم، کنار اومدم.ظاهرم از آدما ی سالم هم بهتره.من هیچ پرهیزی هم ندارم.االبته میدونم این کار خوبی نیست .تزریق هامو دقیق و مرتب انجام میدم،تو گرم ترین جای ایران هم زندگی میکنم.تا پنج سال یا نهایتا ده سال دیگه هم درمان همین یه ذره بیماریم هم پیدا میشه، پروندشو میبندم میفرستم بایگانی و و سلاااااام icon_biggrin icon_biggrin

سرگیجه به اضافه کمی گزگز انگشتای دستم
دقیقا مثل روزای قبل کنکور
فکر کنم الانم از استرس و فشار امتحاناست
ولی کلا خوبم
ینی اینو باور دارم که وقتی شرایط سخت تر میشه بدن و روان ادم خودش میفهمه ک باید خودشو بیشتر اماده نگه داره و قوی تر کنه
اصلا اینجوری ورزیده تر هم میشم!!

من 7 ساله با ام اس سریش زندگی میکنم. 5 ساله اول کاری بهم زیاد نداشت. ولی این 2 ساله اخیر با 4تا حمله ناجوانمرده حالمو گرفت. الان خیلی از نظر جسمانی خوبم. ولی افسردگی ناخواسته که ناشی از بیماری ام اسه واقعا خیلی ازارم میده. با اینکه این 7 سال مرتب داروی ضدافسردگی مصرف کردم ولی فایده ای نداره.البته من شاید 10 سال قبل ازین که ام اس بگیرم افسردگیه حاد داشتم.ولی هرچقد خودمو به اون راه میزنم بازم برچسب ام اس زخمشو میزنه. امیدوارم روزی برسه که این بیماری ریشه کن بشه .از ما گذشت دلم خیلی برای اونایی میسوزه که مبتلا میشنicon_question

دوست من(مبارز(علی اکبر)) الآن چند روزه بیمارستان هست.خیلی حالش خرابه(بیشتر روحی) به من میگه بگو همه دعام کنن. من به عقلم رسید به شما بگم.

فقط یک کمی راه رفتنم سخته یک کم چشمم یک کم حرف زدنم

یک کم هم لرزش دارم ولی با همه اینها هیچ وقت حالم بد نیست

در حال حاضر خیلی خوبم بیشتر از لحاظ روحی، البته اگر اطرافیانم با زبون تلخشون دلخورم نکنن...
دید چشم چپم خیلی کم شده بود اما الان خداروشکر خیلی بهتر شده فقط یکمی با چشم راستم تفاوت داره البته وقتی گرممه ویا خسته میشم یکم دیدم کمتر میشه تغذیه، تفریح و شادی خیلی روم تاثیر گذار بوده همیشه بعد از نوشیدن یک لیوان آب میوه طبیعی و یک تفریح سبک بهترین حال دنیا رو دارم icon_question
