پزشک باید تصمیم بگیره چه دارویی برا کی مناسبه و نه ماها
درسته که به شما ساخته ولی ممکنه به کسی دیگه نسازه


پزشک با توجه به شرایط بیمار و انجام تست های مربوطه فقط میتونه تعیین کنه کدوم بیمار میتونه از داروی خوراکی استفاده کنه

مثلا این دارو برای من با عوارضش همراهه که گاهی اذیتم میکنه ولی باز حرف پزشکم برام اهمیت داره
بگه استفاده کن استفاده می کنم
بگه نکن نمی کنم !

بله من تجربه شو داشتم
و تقریبا خیلی از ماها به دلیل اینکه داروهامون سیستم ایمنی بدن رو ضعیف میکنه تجربه شو داشتیم
هنوزم هرزگاهی آفت میزنم
زمانی که شدید بود با دکترم مشورت کردم
به دکترت بگو

برا من انگار عوارضش داره شروع میشه
دهانم افت زده
سرفه های شدید
قلبمم تیر میکشهsadsad
نمیتونم بخوابم از بس سرفه میکنمsad

سرفه جون منم به لبم رسونده دیگه sad2
از عوارض فینگولید سرفه است که متاسفانه در بعضیا بروز میکنه

اگر به صورت سرفه چه با یا چه بدون خلط باشه باید پزشک رو در جریان گذاشت
اگرم احساس درد در همون ناحیه قلبو داد باید بازم پزشک رو در جریان گذاشت
و پزشک در مورد نحوه مصرف فینگولید یا مثلا تجویز دوا درمون برا کمتر شدن عوارض براتون تصمیم میگیره

متاسفانه داروها ام اس حتی همین خوراکیش هم بی عارضه نیسDodgy
آفت خفیف هم تقریبا همیشه دارمconfused

افت من قبل از تشخیص ام اس خیلی داشتم ولی بعد از اون خوب شده بودم تا به الان که دوباره زدم
سرفه هام بدون خلطه باید همش یه بطری اب کنار دستم باشه بخورم تا یکم اروم بشه
قلبم که امروز درد گرفته پاهامم خیلی پرش داره
نمیدونم حمله س چیه
قرصو من الانم دارم هفته ای سه تا میخورم دیگه نمیدونم کمترش میکنه یا قطعsad2sad2

خب فقط پزشک میتونه بگه کدوم دارو آیا برامون مناسب هست یا نه و نظر نظر ایشونه


ولی خب یه خلاصه ای از بروشور دارو و اطلاعات دارویی اینجا بگم بد نیست:

اینجا بروشور دارو قرار داره و یه مطالعه ای کن

منم وقتی دکترم برام تجویزش کرد اومدم و اطلاعات دارو رو مطالعه کردم و
همچنین همین تاپیک رو

داروها همشون سیستم ایمنی بدن رو ضعیف میکنن یعی کارشون همینه
فینگولید بیشتر ضعیف میکنه و احتمال حمله رو کمتر میکنه
یه مقدار عوارضش از آمپولا بیشتره
احتیاج به مراقبت بیشتر و آزمایشهای دوره ای سر وقت بیشتری داره

یعنی نسبت به داروهای تزریقی باید بیشتر حواسمون جمع باشه و رعایت کنیم

دکترت خودش باید موارد لازم رو بهت گوشزد کنه و بگه
یه سری تست و آزمایش خون و بستری برا کنترل ضربان قلب و .... هم داره شروعه این دارو
که لابلای اطلاعات دارویی که گفتم بخون بهشون اشاره شده
که هر پزشکی که میخواد فینگولید تجویز کنه باید این روال رو برا بیمارش طی کنه

من به شخصه از این بابت که حمله باهاش ندارم ازش راضیم
اما از بابت عوارضش مقداری اذیتم!!! Dash2
که اونم گذاشتم دکترم تصمیم بگیره که چکار کنمUnknown

فینگولید تا الان خوب بوده خداروشکر.
تنها مشکلم اینه که ریزش مو دارمUndecided
البته شایدم بخاطر مشکل تیروییدم باشه.Unknown
ولی درکل ازش راضی ام.

منم دارم وسوسه میشم به دکترم بگم فینگولومید بنویسه آخه برای نگهداری نیاز به دمای پایین نداره و زندگی باهاشون راحت تره فقط می ترسم بهم نسازه و عوارضش زیاد باشه.
