من فقط امپول گرمی نمیتونم بخورم به محض خوردن تمام صورتم جوش میزنه وحشتناکangry2

ولی خوردن گرمی واقعا موثره من چندین بار امتحان کردم هر موقع سردی میخورم پاهام گزگز میکنند و خوردن گرمی حالمو بهتر میکنه wink2

فربد عزیز ما به تو افتخار میکنیم ......من که هنوز موفق نشدم برنامه های کوهنوردی رو که برای ام اس سنتر راه انداختی شرکت کنم حتما سومی رو هستم چون خیلی..... پز دادم وباعث افتخار ماست که هم نوع وهم درد ما با اراده ونیروی قویه اعتقادش به همه ما روحیه میده..........موفق باشد وهمیشه بر قله افتخاراتت ثابت قدم بمونیagreement2

من یه چیزایی راجعبه هامیوپاتی شنیدم که یه جور طبیه که با ایجاد پادتن در بدن، بدن رو مقاوم میکنه در برابر فشار های عصبی و کلا بیماری ها ، ولی خودم تا حالا نرفتم دنبالش آخه چون پزشکای ما قبولش ندارن آدم می ترسه سراغ چیزای نامتعارف بره ! کسی این طب رو می شناسه؟؟Huh

یه مطلب صرفا جهته آشنایی:

آشنایی با طب هومیوپاتی در یک نگاه
1- طب هومیوپاتی چیست؟
طب هومیوپاتی یکی از کهن ترین طبهای مکمل- جایگزین در دنیا است که قدمت بیش از 200 سال دارد و با این وجود تنها 15 سال است که به ایران وارد شده است. منشا آن به کشور آلمان برمیگردد.

2- این طب چگونه به ما کمک میکند؟
در این طب با استفاده از خواص دمانی گیاهان و موائ معدنی در مقادیر بسیار ناچیز به مکانیسم دفاعی در سطح جسمی و روحی- روانی کمک میشود تا بدن به خودی خود بر تمام بیماریها غلبه کند. شاید از این نظر هومیوپاتی را بتوان مشابه واکسیناسیون در طب رایج در نظر گرفت اما یک واکسیناسیون در سطح بسیار وسیع و عمومی.

3- چه افرادی میتوانند برای درمان از این طب استفاده کنند؟
تقریباً تمام افراد با بیماریهای جزئی و یا کلی چه حاد و چه مزمن میتوانند از این طب استفاده کنند و میتوان گفت غالب این افراد میتوانند درمان ریشهای را تجربه کنند. در ضمن از جنین و نوزاد گرفته تا افراد سالخورده و مادران باردار میتوانند بدون نگرانی از عارضه جانبی داروها از طب هومیوپاتی استفاده کنند.

4- منشأ داروهای این طب چیست و چگونه تهیه میشوند؟
داروهای هومیوپاتی دو منبع عمده دارند یکی عصاره گیاهان شفابخش است و دیگری مواد معدنی ساده و یا مرکب موجود در طبیعت. این مواد در طی فرایند ساخت داروهای هومیوپاتی تخلیص و تواندهیشده و از مقادیر بسیار اندک آنها جهت ایجاد خواص درمانی قدرتنمد استفاده میشود.

5- داروهای این طب به چه شکل قابل استفاده است؟
این داروها بصورت محلولی از آب مقطر و یا در موارد نادر بصورت قرص مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند که فرم مایع از بسیاری جهات به قرص مزیت دارد.

6- آیا افرادی که داروهای شیمیایی استفاده میکنند میتوانند بدون قطع آنها از این طب بهرهمند شوند؟
این افراد میتوانند همزمان داروهای هومیوپاتی را با داروهای طب رایج بدون نگرانی از تداخل اثر آنها استفاده کنند و به مرور زمان با بهبود وضع سلامتی طبق نظر پزشک هومیوپات، میزان مصرف داروهای طب رایج را کاهش دهند و یا در صورت امکان قطع کنند.

7- آیا تلقین و یا اعتقاد داشتن به این طب در نتیجه گرفتن از درمان تأثیر دارد؟
به هیچ عنوان تلقین و یا اعتقاد داشتن به هومیوپاتی اساس درمان در این طب نیست بطور مثال دامپزشکی هومیوپاتی سالهاست که بطور مؤثر عمل میکند و حیوانات هیچکدام تلقینپذیر نیستند.

8- درمان در این طب چقدر طول میکشد؟
بسته به طول دوره ابتلاء، میزان مصرف داروهای طب رایج، عمق بیماری و همچنین زمینههای توارثی (ژنتیکی)، طول درمان متفاوت است و در هیچ دونفری حتی با وجود یکسان بودن نوع بیماری در طب رایج، طول دوره درمان یکسان نخواهد بود.

9- جایگاه این طب در دنیا چیست؟
سازمان بهداشت جهانی این طب را به رسمیت شناخته و از آن به عنوان یکی از شایعترین و مؤثرترین شیوههای درمانی جایگزین بدون عارضه جانبی که مبتنی بر تقویت مکانیسم دفاعی میباشد، نامبرده است. و در بسیاری از کشورهای توسعهیافته همچون انگلیس، آلمان، فرانسه، کانادا، امریکا، هند و ... بسیار شایع است.

10- آیا در ایران به رسمیت شناخته شده است؟
در بهمن ماه سال 1377 این طب در ایران توسط وزارت بهداشت و درمان به رسمیت شناخته شد و از آن به عنوان یک طب مکمل مؤثر نامبرده شده است.

11- چرا این طب در ایران کمتر شناخته شده است ؟
نظر به اینکه یک فرد با تمام بیماریها تنها به یک پزشک هومیوپات مراجعه میکند لذا توسعه این طب برای سایر پزشکان و متخصصین و کارخانجات ساخت داروهای طب رایج سبب رقابت اقتصادی تنگاتنگی شده است و چنین رقبای سرسختی اجازه گسترش آن را نمیدهند و متأسفانه در برخی موارد حتی با شایعات نادرست سعی در تضعیف وجهه هومیپاتی در اذهان عمومی دارند و از طرف دیگر دخالت افراد غیر متخصص در امر درمان سبب دلسردی برخی بیماران از این طب شده است.

والله منم به تغذیه اهمیت نمیدم...همه چی میخورم از فست فود گرفته تا غذاهاهای طبع سرد و روزی 7 _8 لیوان چایی...
به نظر منم به اعصاب ربط داره..
سال 89 بدجور اعصابم به هم ریخته بود و پیامد اون همه استرس دو تا حمله وحشتناک بودکه یکیش نصف صورتم فلج شد!!
اما پارسال خودمو زدم به بیخیالی و رفتم توی جمع آدم خای شاد....هر روزم با خنده بود و وقت گریه نداشتم... از وقتی که اینجور شادی رو توی زندگیم وارد کردم نه از حمله خبری هست نه از گرفتگی و سنگینی عضلات پا...confused2confused2confused2

من تقریبأ ۷ ماهه که به این بیماری مبتلا شدم، دقیقأ وقتی اولین حمله رو تجربه کردم که به شدت عصبی بودم و استرس داشتم rolleyes ، به همین خاطر به نظر من این بیماری بیشتر علت عصبی داره،ولی خوبه که مراقب تغذیه هم باشیم یعنی غذاهای مفید رو بیشتر بخوریم agreement2
یه مشکلی هم دارم و اون اینه که نمیدونم چطور شاد و بیخیال باشم icon_cryicon_cry
