سلام
مدتیه که یه چیزهایی خیلی عذابم میدن
نمیخواستم تو سایت مطرحشون کنم
ولی دیگه دارم کم میارم
قبل از ام اس خودم همه مشکلاتم رو حل میکردم و هیچ وقت از کسی کمک نمیگرفتم
اما نمیدونم چرا خیلی ارادم ضعیف شده
بدون اینکه بگم چطور شد که اینطور شد
الان ترامادول و سیگار مصرف میکنم
میدونم ضرر داره خصوصا واسه بیمار ام اس
یه مدت که واقعا میتونستم بذارم کنار سر لج با بعضیها هر روز مصرفم رو بیشتر میکردم و به فکر سلامتی نبودم
به خیالم که هروقت بخوام میتونم ترک کنم
اما الان فهمیدم که دیگه نمیتونم و حسابی بهش اعتیاد پیدا کردم
اگه امکانش هست کمکم کنید
اگرم بخاطر اعتیاد ازم خوشتون نمیاد و دلیلی نمیبینید کمک کنید بازم دستتون درد نکنه

اعتياد؟ خب اعتيادم مثله ام اس يه بيماريه. تازه تو كلاست بالاتره چون ٢ تا بيماري داري. هيچ وقت واسه مشكلت شرمنده نباش به فكره درمان جدي باش واسه دوتاش

[/مشناسم کسی که اعتیادش را باخودسازی ورجوع به کلاس های انسان شناسی درمان کرده والان هم سوپر سبزی ومیوه داره .....مطالعهء معنی وفارسی کتاب آسمانی روزانه 1صفحه نتایج سودمندی دارد.به امتحانش میارزد.

اراده ام ضعیف شده یعنی چی؟ خودتو لوس نکن. پاشو برو داروخانه سر کوچه یه بسته آدامس نیکوتین واسه سیگار بخر. کارو رااحت تر میکنه. یه برنامه ورزشی هم واسه خودت بچین متناسب با شرایطت. پاشو پاشو خودتو لوس نکن. در ضمن سعی نکن کم کم ترک کنی. هیچکی تا حالا کم کم ترک نکرده. یهویی ترک کن . مشاور هم بری خوبه ها... هر چند بازم معتقدم خودتو لوس نکن Tongue

سلام اگه مشکلتون فقط مصرف سیگار بود بهتون میگفتم سعی کنید خودتون مشکلتون رو حل کنید.
ولی حالا کهب حث ترامادول وسط کشیده شده بهتون توصیه ی اکید میکنم که حتما به یه روانپزشک خوب مراجعه کنید تا در ترک اصولی و تدریجی این دارو بهتون کمک کنه من دکتر حاتم بوستانی رو توصیه میکنم راستش هیچوقت ندیدمشون ولی از استاد هام تعریفشون رو زیاد شنیدم
دکتر سیروس نیکسرشت هم گزینه ی خوبیه
فقط یه چیز رو فراموش نکنید برای ترک ترامادول هر ثانیه با ارزش هست
